    Not worth it. I've had them for less than 6 months and they drain battery and they hurt my ears after an hour so they don't work for audiobooks or long workouts. Plus I was not told that they are not covered by Best Buy total tech, so I am now stuck with them.

    Bought AppleCare for my beats pro and a random malfunctioning earbud; I had to send them back twice and they never repaired or replaced the bad earbud. I then had to call management to explain what was going on and after another week I finally received a remanufactured replacement that were no longer covered under apple care that was purchased for the first set.

    Brought my Powerbeats earbuds in for repair after getting stepped on by accident, was told they cant be replaced for under warranty and i would have to buy the earbud separately or buy new ones due to excessive damage. Whats the point of a warranty if it cant cover accidental damage. Useless service dont waste your bugs

    If you paid a penny for this service, you paid a penny too much. Got AppleCare plus with my Powerbeats and hopes that if anything happened Apple would be able to help me unfortunately, that was not the case. I recently had charging and connectivity issues and Apple has told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Worthless product would not recommend.

    Didnt last long. One of them already has distortion in it after about 2 months of use. But sound is good noise canceling is "ok"
