Great Product to Have for those Just in Case momen

The folks at AppleCare grasp the problem, initiate the procedures to resolve the problem, and are extremely efficient in getting the device back to normal operations. Never have had a hassle from the AppleCare folks and they are always focused on having a satisfied customer.

A Must purchase for Apple Products

I bought this at the same time that I bought my 2022 16" M2 Max MacBook Pro, even though the laptop came with the BestBuy Total Protection plan. I felt like it's better to be covered by Apple, just in case, since they're the experts on their products.

Great Product!

Have been a member of Best Buy Total since 2021 and been very happy with it. We buy all our tech from Best Buy now instead of Amazon, etc... This protection plan is a big reason why as well as the extended return times and Apple Care on Apple products. Great Product!
