As for others in the department they were less courteous and failed to explain my responsibilities to call Apple for activation number. I spent an approximate 8 hrs on phone with Apple to get Mac Mini activated after i forgot password. The gist of the review. DON’T BUY OPEN BOX ITEMS!

Keep your computers safe! This is one of those products you hope you never have to use but feel so much safer having it. Always worth getting the AppleCare+ protection plan. I've learned the hard way what happens when you don't get it. Protect your products my friends.

I've always loved the iPad Pro and have been patiently waiting for a redesign. Apple did their thing on the redesign and it's beautiful! The screen is amazing! and I love the camera being moved to the middle. My only complaint is the they changed the magnets around to only work with the new version of the iPad Magic Keyboard so all previous keyboards are now obsolete, which sucks! Apple also has not remade the Smart Keyboard Folio, which is my favorite keyboard for the iPad Pro so I actually ended up returning this and rebuying an M2 iPad Pro until Apple comes out with a new Smart Keyboard Folio.
