So far, so good. I had to replace a toaster oven I had for nearly 14 years (they Really don't make them like they used to). After searching several sites, reading a boatload of reviews, I settled on this model (labeled here as Applica, but Black and Decker on the box and item). It works pretty well for what I use it for, and beats having to heat up, and use the oven. Pizza, toast, bake potatoes, chicken, pot pies, etc, all come out fine. It was a bit of a learning curve, however. I usually set the temperature up a bit more than what is suggested. For example: a frozen pizza say cook at 425°, I set at about 450. Toast, frozen waffles, or whatever you'd normally toast, is another learning curve. Don't go by that little diagram on the toast settings. Since there are only 2 slots for the rack, you're a bit too close to either the top or bottom heating elements. A slot in between for the rack would have been nice. I suggest toasting on the lightest setting, and if you need whatever to be toasted more, do it again. As I say, its a learning curve, and you'll figure out what's best for you. All in all I'm very happy with this make and model.

I read a number of reviews of various convection ovens and found that this one got the best reviews for the price. It has been what everyone has said. I have several observations. It does get hot which may be the biggest problem. The size of the unit seems to be more compact than others I considered which is a plus for me because I have a small kitchen with limited counter space. I've had to fiddle with the controls a bit but don't find the drawbacks mentioned in other reviews to be problematic for my use. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

Has worked great and cooks very well. Very practical and has worked well all this time.

This is our second B&D toaster oven. The first one lasted several years of daily use, so stuck with same brand. This one has a smaller footprint, but still has large interior. Easy to use, cooks food fast and even. The more expensive ones seem like a waste of money, as this one works great.

I got this toaster oven on sale and I am very pleased with the quality and overall product.

Smaller than anticipated, but good for the kids. Just be careful that you don't put anything on top when in use because it tends to get extremely hot.

Purchased this for my son and both of us could not be happier. Inside space allows for a variety of meals including pizza and small whole chicken. Cooks evenly and fits nicely on counter top.

It's a great oven, it cooks the food in less time than a big oven. I love it.

I bought one for my Mom and she loves its quality so now I'm getting another one for my home.

Very easy to use, works great. The toast option browns the bread and leaves the center soft not like a piece of cardboard

Had a Black and Decker toaster oven about 25yrs. ago and it worked great. Fast forward today and seems they are still really made good and it looks good at the end of the counter too. (PS: afraid to put it under kitchen cabinets because it really does get hot)

The toaster oven is by black and Decker, you can put together easily and it bakes pizza.

I love this oven. It cooks well and heats up well too. The oven gets really hot so don't touch the top. Its been two yrs now and I have no problems.
