I've had my own commercial-grade arcade cabinet for quite a long time now, but it was purchased second hand and was starting to show its age. I'm getting a new one soon that won't have a trackball, so I was looking for a solution to play trackball games. I passed on the original version of this cabinet in 2019 because I don't like the risers they use with these cabinets, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of modifying it just to play World Class Bowling and Shuffleshot. Arcade1Up must have read my mind, because aside from a screen that looks a little "meh" from one angle and having to break in the trackball a bit, this cabinet fits the bill perfectly.

The form factor and size is perfect for this cabinet. The execution was a huge fail. The monitor is absolutely terrible beyond belief. You can’t even see what your opponent is doing if you are standing to the side of the screen. My trackball does not register when I roll the ball hard and basically duffs the shot. The smaller golden tee doesn’t do this nor do the real arcade ones. They sent me a replacement ball and it worked awesome! It died a week later and the new one they sent me does the same as the first. Their latest advice is to not roll the ball hard. Everyone that comes to play it duffs their shots because of the inferior trackball used. It’s an embarrassment. Change the way you play the game because of our terrible product.

The prices on these home arcade units are the only question. This brand has increased substantially in price. The bottom line - it works as it should, is a nice unit and is a great time. You see what you are buying and how much it costs. If you are willing to drop the change, you'll be happy.

Great game selection. Happy to see a larger cabinet with a bigger screen but the screen unfortunately is garbage. Dims from angles. Trackball could be better too. Definitely could be improved.

Junk. DOA (powered up once and froze never to work again)... The monitor is terrible. A1UP should be ashamed of themselves for this. People are having problems all over social media aswell.

Love this arcade. I play it everyday still. The wash out on the screen is bad but if you are playing it head on like designed there is no wash out

Fun for hours. It took a while to put together. Not the most difficult thing in the world but once it was built it was hours of fun

Awesome game. $700 is a bit steep but this Golden Tee arcade cabinet is much larger than the original Arcade 1up cabinets. No buyer’s remorse here.

Great size- installation isn't hard at all as long as you follow the instructions. The main problem people have is with the screen. If you are playing it like normal, there is no issues. Yes- side angles aren't the best from afar, but over all it's not an issue if you are playing. Customer service has been fantastic.
