Doesn't swivel material is pretty cheap the padding smooshes in and takes a while to fluff back out but easy to put together comes seat part came pretty squished.

Bought to match the other stool that cam with my nba jam cabinet. Be advised this stool sits taller than the other and it can be modified to be lower.
