Setup is a learning curve and much less intuitive than any other AV processor that I have used. But the sound quality is impeccable. I like that every channel has the option of balanced or unbalanced. One other negative is having no phono preamp input. Luckily my turntable has a selectable preamp.

Amazing sound quality! Got this because it has balanced outputs. My power amp is a long distance away from my pre-amp. Previous pre-amp only had unbalanced output which caused a very loud hum. Once I switched to the AVR41 using the balanced output, the hum was completely gone! The only critiques I'd have is the web interface seems old and there is no button on the remote for "Display". However, the positives outweigh negatives. The sound quality is the most important for me and it delivers.
Shout out to Mohammed Kabir for helping me with this sale and decision. The service from him has been outstanding!

Amazing sound clarity. Simple straightforward setup. No issues. Have amazing confidence in this product. Purchasing through Best Buy was also an amazing experience.
