I preordered the Best buy pink and blue season 2 vinyl and was notified of the cancellation of my order on Dec 5th(release date). I am disappointed best buy did not honor the preorders leading me to miss out completely on this vinyl. I will not be preordering through best buy again. Ridiculous.

Best buy, why are you putting this back up to pre order and then delay it AGAIN. Seems like i’m reliving the past because customer support told me “hopefully it won’t get cancelled”, Why is it so hard to put a certain amount of vinyls to sell and when all of them have been bought in pre orders, you can’t ship them on the date you said yourself they would arrive, this is the worst experience with you guys. Currently praying you guys don’t cancel my order that was supposed to come, the 18th of December - 21st of December TODAY. I have no updates towards this order.

I originally PRE-ORDERED the “Sisters” exclusive edition of this, but Best Buy cancelled it (along with a lot of other people) without any explanation or alternative. Then, this version comes out, which I also PRE-ORDERED, but now it’s delayed and seems like it’s on track to be cancelled again?! Best Buy, get it together and handle theses releases better.

Pre-ordered the first wave of this and it was canceled upone release date. This version never showed up till iust today. Canceled orders should have received this version. Worst roll out ever. Disappointing coming from best buy. Do better.

Bought this early december to make sure it arrives before christmas. Talked to MANY agents (thankfully i kept the transcripts) to make sure they have enough stock, they all reassured me that they did. Today, a day before christmas i talk to them again to find out they, in fact, do not have any stocks and the item is backordered. Literally the worst experience ever. Should've bought it from other places when i had the chance. Will not be shopping from bestbuy again.

Pre ordered the sisters pour vinyl and got delayed then cancelled. Talked to an agent and they said it was gonna be restocked and to just “be on the lookout”. Then pre ordered this one and it has been delayed again. Lets hope it doesnt get cancelled but it seems as though it will happen again. I’m very disappointed, I used to work at Best Buy in the warehouse and this is not usual for them and pre orders. Seems as though Best Buy has taken a dip in quality and fulfillment in the past few years. I hope that changes but we will see.

Pointless, bought here because it said it would release, waste of my time and I would have tried to look elsewhere. My order sat for 2 weeks before being canceled with no notice or alternative. I could've spent that time finding other vinyls, these are hard to find and I am annoyed. I use BB alot so this is disappointing, I wonder if they even got these vinyls at all??? It was suppose to be a BB exclusive so I dont get what happened. Thankfully I found them elsewhere and it looks like a cool edition so I lucked out.

I'm also part of the pre-order got cancelled crew. I pre-ordered the BB exclusive one and it got canceled out of nowhere. Now it's impossible to find anywhere. I should've got the Spotify one when I had the chance, they're more trustworthy.

I preordered the Best Buy Exclusive variant back in November only to receive a delay notification and then have my preorder cancelled with no explanation. Later, Best Buy releases this version but it is $10 more! Everyone that had there order cancelled should have been given the option for this one at the original price. Shame on you, Best Buy.

Best Buy had these vinyls originally posted at a lower price, oversold and cancelled my preorder after the item was indicated as delayed. Reposted the same vinyls about a week later at a higher price and again cancelled my preorder after the estimated delivery date, following delays. Absolutely ridiculous

Pre-ordered the first time, it was cancelled. Preordered again and they did the same thing.

It’s ridiculous to have so many failed preorders! (Mine included) Best Buy do better!
