So on Best Buy website the Spec's calls out that this unit can cool a 340sq ft room. ASHRAE cooling power = 8000 BTU DOE SACC cooling power = 5000 BTU On the actual box that the product came in, it showed a different spec then what it was suppose be. unit can cool a 250 sq ft room. ASHRAE cooling power = 8000 BTU DOE SACC cooling power = 3800 BTU So in short bestbuy should correct Or update the spec to what the product is rated for and not false advertised the product.

Actual standardized BTU is lower than what’s specified in the website.

The a/c is working great it cools as it should. The square feet is different from what I saw Online when I order it, than when I saw on the Box. I called best buy for info. On that glitch, Tech support was able to explain why they Were different, turns out my unit covers 341 square feet. Do recommend to anyone who's looking for an a/c unit.

Cools my son's room very nicely. A bit noisy, but he doesn't mind. Installation was pretty easy.

I’ve had it for almost a month it’s nice and it works like a charm and serves its purpose well. Still to this day the water bucket has not filled up which tells me it doesn’t have to be emptied as often as I thought. It’s a lot louder than I expected but this is the first time I have ever had a portable AC so I can’t really judge whether or not it’s louder or quieter than most. That would be the only downside, but still for me I would rather have have the noise than the heat. Great product and great investment! Would recommend.

The connecting hose connection could be tighter... It came untwisted and disconnected. A piece of duct tape in back would solve that in a second... but it cools like a beast! :D

Cooler works great and is actually very mobile and easy to get around it

i work graveyard shift and this unit is perfect for cooling my bedroom during the day, for sleeping! it does not take up too much room and was easy to set up.

I am very happy once I received this unit it has been on day and night because here in Inglewood .ca the weather had been very hot

The best thing I ever did was ordering this portable air conditioner. It gets so hot in my apartment and it helps bring the heat down by 5 to 7 degrees cooler. I keep it at a low temp unless it's above 90 degrees outside.

I would tell everybody I talked to about my air condiners,i love them and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The website lists that it’s up to 340sq ft coverage but when the box arrive it says that it’s only 250sq ft. They should fix this and adjust the price.
