    It's a little loud but most of them are. The drain line is a little to close to the floor to be convenient. I put my unit up on a 5" platform so when I need to drain it I can. So far it does a good job keeping things cool. I would recommend it but you need to know if it will work for you where it will be used.

    Needed something for a room with no usable windows. This has been great ALL summer. Looks nice and sleek too. Not cheap, but worth the money.

    It works well for my area and easy to drain. Not to big easy to handle around. Air comes out cold enough for your soft.

    The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because I ordered 450 sq ft unit and when it shipped to my house the box read 350sq ft unit !! So I took it back to the Best Buy close by me and the guy said I did have the right one but the box said different, I’m still not sure if it’s the right one or not because I haven’t used it yet or even taking out of the box !!

    Use it to cool my garage. It works ok, not enough btu for my non insulated 2 car garage with exposed rafters. Still better than nothing. It would work fine in a smaller space

    Item performed great right out of the box. After about six weeks unit need to be operated at higher settings. E.G.: previously used to use MED and FAN 3 settings. Now use HIGH \ FAN 5.

    Over time the tube will get flimsy and will pop off the exhaust port and will require to make sure things are attached wheb using or eventually to replace the hose. Its a very loud unit and at time it doesnt feel like it’s properly cooling the room.
