This movie tells a tremendous story. Even though we know the outcome the twists and turns to get there are what makes for a classic movie. Cinematography is clean and provides an excellent feel for the period.

I am a fan of Ben Affleck's directing, he has definitely made is mark as a director. This movie is above and beyond, the way he directs this movie makes you think you are right there in the middle of it.

With so many made up and unrealistic things out there, I really enjoy a movie based on a true story. We often times forget what lengths some people went to to stand up for what's right or protect those that did and in some cases defied the odds against them in doing so.

Great old school political thriller / espionage movie. I really enjoyed the plot and that it was based on a true story. Ben Affleck did a great job acting as he mostly just kept his mouth shut.

Having actually remembered this from being in school, it was nice to see this piece of information that we didn't know about. The background DVD extras added more insight into what happened as well.

Excellent movie. The cast is excellent the tension builds with steady action throughout the movie. The ending is very positive. If you remember when this happened the movie is on point and poignant.

I had forgot just how good this movie was. The 4k was a big improvement over the dvd.

We enjoyed the drama greatly. Affleck portrays a somewhat hardened agent who puts his "all" into the role.

Bought this dvd in place of attending a show for an evenings entertainment. My spouse and I enjoyed the story and the fact we did this at home where we could stop the story for snack breaks and not miss any of the story. We have viewed it twice and enjoyed it more the second time.

This movie will keep you on the edge of your seat and will be a good movie to watch. I had rented it before and really liked it. Highly recommended!

I loved every minute of it. As soon as I heard it about the Iranian Revolution plus I knew it won an Academy Award. First DVD I bought in ages.

Bought this for my uncle for his birthday, and also went to see it at the theater. Wonderful true story, put together very well, and Best Buy had a great price and fast delivery.
