The app wouldn't put in plain writing which buttons I needed to press, and I had to guess at what to do next, but after the keypad was set up, the sensors were easy to put on doors. The inclusion of wall and corner brackets are also a plus for use as motion sensors.Ended up returning as I built an Aqara system for less, with full HomeKit integration, which this system does not have!

I made the transition from ring to arlo slowly first the cameras and i love them. Next was the security system, while it is a solid system it is lacking on key things like back up battery that you have to pay 80$ for. Next is back up cellular, correction you get it if you pay for the 80$ backup battery. All in all the motion sensors are ok and having two key pads in my opinion is a little overkill. If you have their cameras and are looking for a new system i would put this on top 5, there are better ones out there.

The sensors take less than two minutes to set up program and have in place and the operation of the system could not be any easier

It keeps displaying a message that it is unable to connect to a network that doesn't belong to me. I went to the store and called... not resolved. I haven been able to use. The product may be great, I however, do not know yet...

Love my alarm system

The setup was so simple, it only took less than 30 minutes to set up the whole house. They didn't tell about friends, all about this product

I purchased the security system and absolutely love it. Getting familiar with the app is extremely important to utilize this system properly but once you have that down it's smooth sailing. I don't consider myself tech savvy, this was very easy to install. My husband and I had this up in under an hour.

We have spent over 6 hours on calls with Arlo support and still no resolution. The worst support ever. Not a user friendly system and support is non existent
