I have one on each side of the house. You have to set the distance and since I did not have them electrically wired I have to recharge the batteries -- which is easy -- just remove the camera and plug the charger into your wall socket and they charge pretty quick. The cameras are very sensitive to movement and sometimes can go off easily if there is movement from a tree, bush, etc. in it's path. They are also paired with my iPhone and iPad and computer so there are notifications on all three and you can watch what's happening even when you are not home.

Added another camera to our Arlo system and it could not have been easier to do. Consistent with the system itself, we are very happy with how it all works.

Not happy about the fact that after a month the battery couldn’t hold a charge. I couldn’t return it to Best Buy because it was past the return period. I did contact Netgear and they sent a replacement, but that process was tanto the most easiest to endure. Nonetheless, will see how long this one lasts. My other Pro camera is holding on string but that was a 720p version. Keep ya posted...

Love Arlo! You have to get the subscription for the non-stop recording so keep that in mind. Otherwise, good looking, great camera.

The reliability is great and the picture is clear. We have had these same cameras for two years now and they are awesome and simple to hook up and ue. Thanks.

I have no complaints other than it seems once you connect several Arlo cameras they eat up a lot of your Wifi. Other than this issue the camera is great and picture is outstanding.

I love the Arlo cameras. Even I set them up (wireless) myself. Very easy. I can check each camera anytime I want!!!

I am not super computer literate and this was even easy for myself to install, it was in addition to a system I had bought. The quality of the camera is great.

No complaints with the picture or anything else other than the battery life. If you can have a power source it’s perfect, if not you will have to watch how you use it

Bought this as an addition to the starter set. Connected just fine and works just like all the others. The battery only lasts about a month and a half with daily motion. I have this one on the back of the house and the dog trips the motion whenever he goes out. So figure around 15-20 motion recordings a day. Its cold out now so not sure how much that effects the battery. Either way, this is as good as the one that comes with the base. And works just a good.

Great camera to see outside for someone or somebody coming at door. There might be robbers. It is safe to see on security camera.

I already had two of these cameras and they operate just great. So I decided to add a third one to keep a lookout for the backyard area! No complaints, so far.

I’ve had it for about eight months now and I’ve only needed to recharge one time. The first charge lasted about 5 1/2 six months. I have five cameras and like this system.

Amazing video, I can recognize facial expressions for 12 ft away. Cant read really small words but can pick up most liscense plates. Best part its wireless.

Much better image than pro. Had a very hard time getting it to work with Alexa. Multiple calls and tickets. I think the software issue is on the Arlo side.

Sharp images. It's easy to connect. Only wish that the delay was less. I guess when I rebuild house I'll go with POe video with continuous vedio

Added Pro 2 to my system and can see a slight improvement in daytime picture quality as compared to older cameras. It is worth the purchase on my system.

Advantages are (1) reducing maintenance by not requiring regular battery changes and (2) being able to talk and hear and (3) great pictures.

Arlo makes it really easy. I can truely recommend this camera: Quality, Price and ease of use. You can easily add it into your existing arlo setup.

Yes! I love that it can record in 1080 now, that makes it much easier to maintaine clarity when zooming in, especially if you need to read a license plate!
