Good picture, even at night

A good range for the motion sensor, good clear picture in light, recognize features in the dark. I bought the solar charger, so I really am not able to speak on the battery life. I would recommend this camera (system) to anyone looking to protect their property (outside), and loved ones (inside).

good for monitoring

Their positivity is refreshing and they have me hooked as a customer. I bought these cameras to expand the system I had. I like the cameras And the ability to monitor whats going on live through the internet or cell phone. I wish the area of focus for motion detection was greater. there are times when it is not triggered. Also the customer service at Arlo is not what i would define as customer friendly. We had a glitch in trying to add the cameras to my existing account. Customer service was someone answering the phone with little product knowledge and kept putting it off. We kept getting an error code. Arlo Company policy would not allow them to access the account to see the problem on their end. BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD was FANTASTIC. They were persistent at trying to solve a glitch which Arlo customer service was inadequate at helping solve. After 3 trips and a cheerful determined attitude by the technician, we are up and running. I would have given 5 stars if Arlo had been more helpful. I give Best Buy 10 stars!
