quick install, good viewing but

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.although the camera works fine and the results transmitted to our smart phones is fine, the set up did not establish a functional operation with our desk top and we get messages that some sort of upgrade is required, Best Buy has not figured out the fix. Arlo knows of the problem and although they have a "work around" it has not remained permanent.
