The pro 2 is the best version of the arlo cameras.

I can't praise this product enough! I've been using the Arlo Pro 2 products for over a year now and needed to add another. I only wish they sold 2 or 3 packs of cameras without the base. I utilize the free 7 day recording feature and have been very pleased. Thanks Arlo for making a sound, reliable and affordable product.

Camera works well but it is expensive and Arlo doesn’t give you much for free on their app although the system is really expensive. The only reason I would recommended it it’s because it’s wireless.

Great camera upgrade. Provides great HD clarity with ability to keep plugged in. I installed mine on garage soffit and ran the wire into garage to an outlet. Eliminates future battery charging. Also they are fully compatible with Samsung Smartthings. They sync with your Smartthings hub the same identical way as the Arlo Pro camera,

Bought to see if extra resolution would make a difference. Answer: no. Save a few bucks and buy the Arlo Pro. I use this one outside versus inside. Maybe it would be better inside, but frankly it really doesn’t make that much difference outdoors.

I have them for my house and my boyfriends house. Only issue, if you have access to one you need a new email for another. Meaning, I had access to my boyfriends before I bought mine so I used my main email. I bought cameras and had to make a new email since I couldn't register with my main email.

These cameras have good sensitivity - quality of picture day and night and motion detection (within 20-25 ft) Be aware the camera base unit does need to be wired to a wifi router. Not a problem in my house because I use a mesh network, but may be a consideration elsewhere

night vision sucks. Daylight vision is excellent. 180 degree vision. They offer 7 days of free cloud if you want it. Then you can BUY different plans. I didn't buy anything. Camera works great. Base has issues staying connect to the internet.

I would like to say Best Buy is the best I called them and they helped me get my product on the same day. Destin FL Best Buy rocks. I got a extra Arlo Pro security camera. I don't have a picture of it but it works and I'm satisfied. Thanks to all of you and stay safe.

Purchased this after I was burglarized. System set up easily with my spectrum wireless. After a couple of charge cycles the Batteries don’t seem to last as long. Still adequate but if you mount in hard to reach places like I did, changing them out can be a nuisance.

Pros - wireless, can install anywhere. The app is easy to use and don’t have to pay subscription if you choice not to. Cons - it’s motion detection so if the angle is off it might not start when motion exists. Battery life wears down quickly if you place in high traffic areas.

Added this camera to my Arlo Pro camera set. Couldn't see any difference between the 720 camera and the 1080 resolution. Maybe this was because the Base Station is 720p. Really wanted the few seconds before the trigger option so you can catch the whole thing. Works well. No problems so far.

This camera is great for someone wanting totally wireless. It lasts probably 1-2 months on a charge with alot of traffic. Be fore warned only 4 cameras are allowed on arlo’s free plan. I had to upgrade as this was my 5th camera. I didn’t realize it but it is still worth it.

We installed these cameras in six different locations around our house and are really pleased with them. We have had not intruders, but it is nice to see who is delivering packages and monitoring them. Hopefully, we will never see any intruders, but are prepared if we do.

Added this camera to the 2 camera system I purchased ealier. I don't see a lot of difference in quality from the original Arlo cameras. Granted, I have not kicked up the camera to its highest resolution setting and I am using the default setting. However, it does work with the orginal base system.

My sister researched this product after I told her what I was looking for, she’s more tech savvy than I am and is always reviewing these tech stuff. The view is very clean and clear. I had to purchase the extension cord which is ok since it’s always fully charged.

A decent and easy to use security camera for the Arlo security system. Strong magnet helps keep it in place once mounted on a wall and the battery carries a decent charge for at least a few weeks from normal detection use.

We are pleased with the camera only downfall it doesn't always catch the very beginning of the activity but other than that we have been pleased. Little pricey but we are not tied down to a monthly contract.
