This was an add on to a previously purchased system. Video quality better, audio works well. Battery life better than previous versions.

This is an excellent camera and the wireless function is an asset. This series of cameras have excellent video as well as a super night vision capability. Strongly recommend to all who would like to add this superb camera to their home as a security camera as well as to maintain visibility of what is occurring outside their home. You stay safely inside while being able to view what is going on either inside or outside of your home even while you are away. Great way to monitor your home and view your pets and family members! Best Buy is the best!

Great camera. This camera was easy to add to my existing Arlo system. Took a few minutes to connect after charging battery.

This is my 8th purchase of the Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Have been very happy. Excellent picture and sound quality day or night.

I already had two cameras, and added this one, it works as expected. An arlo camera is the only choice when adding onto an existing arlo setup and I feel the pro 2 is the best value/perf of the arlo options. I took away one star for the price, I've always thought these are a bit pricey for what they are. I wish they sold them without the batteries as some options require wired power anyway and the batteries aren't needed but you have no option but to pay for them anyway.

The instruction for setting it up with your Wi-Fi is painless. The ability to add cameras is a plus. This camera and system is a must for the everyday Joe who is looking for an easy to install and operate system.

Bought single camera with base package last year and needed one more for our new puppy. I have used both cameras in same place to confirm this one's picture is more clear. Looses a star because at night I have to put a small lamp next to the camera at night in order to see puppy AND the battery life is not close to what is advertised because I have to use the best picture option given the lack of room light.

Bought this to add to existing system of 720p cameras , much better resolution plus the ability to hear what's going on outside .

This camera has better video quality as well as allowing you to define an area on the app that you want for alerts. We have this camera up at the front door and don't want every car driving in the background to send us an alert, so we redefined the alert area to a smaller portion of the app screen. This Arlo also comes with a cable for hard wiring to a wall outlet. Coincidentally our exterior camera, mounted up high, is also adjacent to such an outlet, so no need to recharge the battery. Nice!

The Arlo system is the easiest camera system to set up and get online the resolution of the cameras is fantastic

So far, I have 4 of the Arlo Pro 2 cameras and I am quite impressed with the quality of the video and usefulness of the app. Just be aware that there is a huge difference in quality between the Pro and the Pro 2. I was not happy with the Pro and upgraded to the Pro 2 and it was definitely worth the extra money. The only issue that I have had, which is annoying, is that one zone gives far too many false alerts. It is the zone, not the camera that causes this, so I'm at a loss to fix.
