So, i bought this camera system due to some neighbors that like to get into my cars at night. Originally I thought it was just going to record movement.....but soon realized that it did soooooo much more. It records and saves to the cloud, has EXTREMELY long battery life and you can also speak through it! Does the job and MUCH more. Very happy with my purchase. And also like the option to add other pieces to this in the future like the doorbell or an extra camera.

So far the cameras have been great! They were very easy to set up. The picture is clear, even at night. The only thing that sucks is that the motion detectors get set off by weird things like shadows,

These cameras did not cost a lot of money so we didn't expect to get much. We were wrong. We spent more time opening the box than we did putting the cameras in place. The cameras are effective. You can adjust the lighting and the infrared at night is really nice. We did not pay a lot for these but we got so much more. I am very happy with our purchase and recommend them to people that do not have a lot to spend but still want security cameras that work well. I love that my phone can keep an eye on everything on demand.

I really like these cameras, I wish the charge last longer but the cameras are wonderful.

I have tried many outdoor cameras over the past 5 years. Have encountered many issues with WI-FI dropouts IP addresses intermittently working and overall bad reliability. I have installed these Arlo Cameras a month ago and worked fine since, no dropouts or signal loss , excellent image quality! Highly recommend this product.

having problems,,,, keeps disconnecting,,need to call arlo tech service ,,,, best buy not able to help. i hope i can get it working

Bought as a gift, have a system already now for several years, please with Arlo, no need for monthly service, can set up with IFTTT for notifications.

Great system, works as described, the only think that needs improvement is the sound feedback, it lags a bit.

It works. Sometimes. They pixelate a lot and I have an excellent WiFi signal...

Arlo has been a Favorite for all my Clients who use security cameras. Easy to install and great monitoring features.

I purchased the certified refurbished Arlo pro 2, in hopes of getting a great deal they do not connect to the main base or app I tried at least 20 times no exaggeration. I tried customer service... no response m! Unfortunately I’ll have to return these things!

Connection is spotty at any distance. You have to use their hub which just adds another component to break. Quality isn't up to what they claim. I dumped mine and went with a Wyze system. 1/3 the price, quality is similar. I did have to run power to those, however, it was well worth it. Arlo's battery changing is a pain.

...because if they reduced the 1080P which Arlo 2's have when they refurbed it, it is essentially now an Arlo Pro - not a Pro 2. They either need to change the name of this product, or change the description, because Arlo 2 are all 1080P.
