These work pretty well with the Arlo Ultra, just as well as the original ones that come with the camera purchase. With these installed you can move and arrange the Arlo camera in a plethora of directions pointing to almost anywhere you like. I use these outdoors. The magnets are very strong and even with a small wind there is little chance the camera will dislodge from the magnetic wall mounts. Also I used velcro on the back of these and velcro the mount to the ceiling of a outdoor deck which has a tile like material roof.

They are ok. In outdoor use? It all depends. Weather and erosion cause it to wear and tear. Still, its an acceptable necessity for Arlo cameras.

Love them! I’ve never had a problem and my other Arlo cameras have been mounted with these for over 2 years! Love the magnetic feature - makes it easy to take down for charging
