With these installed you can move and arrange the Arlo camera in a plethora of directions pointing to almost anywhere you like. I use these outdoors. The magnets are very strong and even with a small wind there is little chance the camera will dislodge from the magnetic wall mounts. Also I used velcro on the back of these and velcro the mount to the ceiling of a outdoor deck which has a tile like material roof.
