I Loved This Movie Since It Came Out in the Theatre I Have It on DVD the Criterion Collection, The Price Made Me Buy This Movie and Because is On Blu-Ray Not Bad for My Collection.

Me and all my friends saw this opening day for my birthday!!! Awesome fun and sweetly patriotic!!!

Not much to add as most other reviewers pretty much covered everything. This appears to be a love it or hate it flick. Most haters complain that it's not scientifically accurate. Yes, there are many scientific inaccuracies in this film. However, this is a popcorn flick meant to entertain, not a documentary. The other common complaint is the hyper-active editing where most scenes last only seconds. I can see how this may turn some off, but it doesn't bother me and keeps the pace fast for this rather long movie. I love this movie because it's full of action, comedy, adventure, and gets very emotional at the end. Some of the visuals are truly spectacular, and it has one of the best original music scores of any film I've ever seen. The music really gets the emotions flowing. One of my favorite movies ever, hands down.

The first time I saw this movie, I knew it would be an instant classic. Everything about this movie was awesome! The heroism, the humor, and the heart! Even its theme song "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith was off the hook! And this movie had its fair share of funny, sad, and triumphant moments. I could list some examples, but I don't wanna risk spoiling the movie for those who haven't seen it yet. And for those who haven't seen "Armageddon" yet, I highly recommend watching it. It'll make you laugh, cry, and cheer!

When there's trouble on a global scale who do you call to save the world. Bruce Willis, of course. Throw in some great supporting actors and you have a movie that stands out in the "save the earth from impending doom" genre. Save for the scene where Willis, as an upset father, shoots at Ben Affleck because of the hanky-panky with his daughter, its a highly entertaining movie. It's packed with supporting actors that turn in good performances despite some of the weak dialogue. Will Patton is great in everything he does. You have to love Peter Stormare. If you have seen him in Fargo, you know what a great actor his is.

Great movie!!! Bruce Willis and Ben afflieck knocked it out of the park! And pretty much everyone else in it was amazing and funny! This movie has an amazing cast from head to toe. The love story between the couple was dull, but there is a feeling between Willis and his daughter. The action is great! Cgi is a bit clunky but it doesn’t ruin the moments. Worth checking out

They have a large variety of blu-ray DVD films if you can’t find it in the store you can find it on the app and I’ll delivered to your home free and itself as I have ordered films on a Monday and got him on a Wednesday I would recommend using Best Buy for all your Films when you’re shopping for Blu-ray’s or DVDs

Come man at the bargain bin price I had to buy this for my friend that has never seen it Now he’s a fan of disaster flicks Great story great cast and just a crazy time It is one of those movies that If it comes on you stop what your doing and just have to watch and hope they save the world Who needs to do house cleaning anyway If they don’t succeed nobody gonna be around to check for dust bunnies Lol

I've watched Armageddon numerous times and always enjoy it. It's a classic action blockbuster movie and it's right in Bruce Willis's heroic character wheelhouse. It's just a fun ride. The Blu-ray picure quality is very good and the DTS-HD Master soundtrack is what you expect in a big action movie. I picked it up in the bargain bin and it's well worth the discount price.

My brother watches this movie on cable all the time. So I finally decided to get this movie for him as a gift. He loved it and it was such a great price. Now he can watch it without the commercials on his new Blu-ray player. Thumbs up.

Does it withstand the test of time? When I originally saw Armageddon, I was still in high school. This movie was geared toward people like me. Action, intense sequences, a hot girl. It was Michael Bay at his very core. As I watch it in 2019, I am flooded by nostalgia, but in the end, this movie isEntertaining and unrealistic!

I have seen this movie in the past and liked it. It has something for almost everyone even romance. I liked it even after seeing it several times as it still held my attention. Seems like there is something that was missed being seen even after all those times. I enjoy watching a good/great movie over and over.

Purchased at a low price. Left in the back of the truck. Traveled to and from work for two days. When the Armageddon DVD was opened there were no scratches or scuffing even though the DVD came loose in side the case.

Bruce Willis is a favorite as a crusty, cantankerous boss to a steadfast team of oil rig drillers on an adventure to take them to outer space to save the world. Who could ask for anything more?

This movie is a classic. So many good quotes in here! I was so glad that Best Buy had it for us the night we wanted to watch it, and I’m the bargain bin no less! Three cheers!

I realized that I didn't own this movie on Blu-ray. I only had it on DVD. I saw it in the bin with Blu-rays for $5.99 and had to add it to my collection. I doubt it will ever be released on 4K Blu-ray but the Blu-ray version looks pretty amazing on my Sony 4K TV!!

My favorite line in the movie. A great end of the world 1990's action pic paired with films like Deep Impact. Filled with excellent special effects and good cast. Toughest part of the film is enduring the lame Aerosmith song, but you can fast forward through it.

Great special effects, memorable characters and only 5.99 for blu-ray! Plus it has the late Michael Clarke Duncan in a supporting role as one of Bruce Willis' buddies/employees.

Aerosmith still gets me, now that I am older and I see it, it’s interesting seeing how life was back then. Also what were on people minds the social norms of society

This is a great movie simple story asteroid coming to earth will destroy all life these chosen drillers must save the world looked great on blu Ray a good fun time
