It's a radio and it does what it is suppose to do. The battery like last around 4 days of 5-6 hours a day.

If you're looking for a portable FM player, this is a great choice. If you're going to compare this to an iPod, you're going to be disappointed, but it does its job well and is worth the price if this is what you need.

We bought this radio to use in our storm shelter. It gets reception as long as the door is not shut. It works alright, but I'd prefer not to leave the door open just to hear what's going on with the weather.

This product is the store brand and was aboit $20. It is easy to use, but doesn't get the best reception. It also sounds a bit canny, so I need to try better earphones than the ones it came with.

I use my insignia radio at work. I am a high school custodian. I need a radio that receives a clear signal. Other radios I have tried never worked well in the school.To my surprise this 20 dollar radio gets a strong and clear signal. For the money it is an absolute great buy. Thanks Best Buy.

only downfall is batteries don't last very long even with alkaline

I bought this little radio with headphones so that I can listen to boring talk radio shows in the wee hours of the morning when I cannot sleep (and don't want to wake my husband with lights and sound). It works perfectly well for that. It was inexpensive and a great buy.

My son uses this all afternoon after school, on his arm. This is well built, takes rough play by a teen boy. Easy to use! And very inexpensive compared to larger name brands! Will be buying another for my sons friends birthday!

This item was exactly what my husband was wanting; an audio product he can just grab and go. He is not interested in loading songs onto anything. This is basic and durable.

This is a simple AM / FM tuner. It uses the headphones as an antenna. It has some nice features but in the end I just needed it to work. and it does indeed work.
