Missing shelving and hardware

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase this item for my new home when I decided to set it up it was missing the shelves and it was missing the hardware I called Best Buy and Best Buy refuse to send me another out they told me to call the manufacturer I called the manufacturer and the manufacturer didn't have any hardware available so I'm actually stuck wooden pieces of wood that I can do nothing wet
