Along the left side and top middle is already starting to lift away from the phone after two weeks. I am not a fan of this protector. I will be returning to Best Buy for a replacement or to swop it out completely.

The glass is easily cleaned and worked fine for a bit, but it just recently broke from a fall of about 2.5 feet. Thought it could withstand a bit more than that. Also. It did not do well with resisting tiny scratches and/or fingerprints. I guess it was an over all fail.

I bought this to protect my iPhone XS Max. Had to replace a cracked protector about 8-10 times. Would fall out if my cradle in the car and break after only 2 feet drop. Save your money upgrade to Zagg elite for $10 more and be happy.

This screen protector started out fine. But the more time passed, the microscratches started showing more than originally. And the protector ended up cracking on the outside, and I never dropped it. It’s an okay protector, but should probably be cheaper.

After a week, the screen protector had a hairline crack right in the center and another crack in the corner. My iPhone XS Max did not fall, it was in my front pocket with nothing else ever with it. The screen protector was a fingerprint magnet as well. Would not recommend at all, spend $30 on something else, anything else. There are tons of better protectors for a third of the cost but if you’re up for spending this much money on a protector, then go with Zagg.

This screen protector is not quite wide enough to cover the LCD so the edge is in the way if you swipe in any direction. It shows every fingerprint and smudge. It messes with the touch screen sensitivity also. You have to push rather hard.

The application is intended to be very simple. I followed the instructions but the screen protector did not stick to the phone properly and left several bubbles. Instructions said they’d go away after 24 hrs but they did not. I returned it.

I had to get my screen protector changed about 3 times because the screen protector is not cut to the right size of the phone I ended up getting the insignia brand which worked perfectly.

It cost too much money and is ineffective ! If it wasn’t for THIS Best Buy’s customer service I would be angry. I bought this and in less than a week it bubbled and started spreading . As luck would have it I went on vacation and figured I would deal with it when I got back. I dropped it from couch level and it broke in that same corner. I returned it when I got back. Once again I had the employee replace and install it. Here we are less than a week later and the bubble is back and spreading. I will return it as well and I know they will do the right thing. If it happens a a third time I will never give them another chance.

I bought this when the XS Max first game out, it broke within 3 days of putting it on. I bought another screen protector from amazon and it has worked so much better than this one

I purchased this screen protector a few months ago with the warranty but was recently charged a $7.99 fee to have an employee @ Best Buy replace the screen. I have had to replace this soooo many times, it’s ridiculous! The screen protector cracks even if my phone is bumped, not even dropped! I’m glad I have the warranty because the screen protector was very expensive. However, it’s an inconvenience for me to have to replace it. In addition to all of that, my phone’s screen recently was damaged after my phone fell WITH this screen protector on. I highly recommend finding a more sturdy screen protector.

The description for this glass screen protector says that it resists scratches and fingerprints but it does not. First day it had scratches and the fingerprints are easily marked. The price for the quality totally not worth it.

If you like driving back to Best Buy at least once a month to have your cracked, separating screen protector replaced than this is the screen for you. It constantly lifted off the edges, and bubbles or separations would appear in the middle of the phone for no reason. Even after multiple replacements the product still preformed at the same horrible level I had come to know and hate. I finally gave up on replacing what was obviously a defective product and bought a new one from a different brand. Would not recommend and wouldn't' accept even if they paid me to take it!

When I opened the package to apppy it the glass part was heavily glued on each side to the plastic case I had to carefully peel it off the spot differently to case. Not very smart on there end to glue the glass to the plastic

I've had to have three replaced and the current one is cracked again. Cracks way to easy but does protect my screen Not as good as others.

I had this glass protector for just under a month and it already has one chip on the back edge that splintered all the way across the screen . I have dropped it or anything . Just weak glass

I decided to go with there Best Buy own brand since they installed it for free and I wasn’t to crazy for it I dropped it once on the carpet at my home and it cracked I prefer Zagg products from now on

Great idea, poor implementation -- love the whole "put the phone into the template, close the thing, and the screen protector sticks to the display" idea. In reality what happened is you close the other side of the template (hard to explain in text) but in my case, the screen protector stayed attached to the application box. Upon trying to get it unstuck from the template box, the screen protector cracked. Took it back to Best Buy - said it was my fault, and now am out my investment. Buy a Zagg Invisishield instead.

I’m pretty careful with my phone. This screen protector cracked on me within a week. I may have dropped it on the carpet. I thought it was just me but my wife’s is cracked as well.

This screen protector sucks. Not only was it impossible to get those glue strips off during application but the thing smudges so easily. It also cracked terribly within a week.
