The whole reason I went with this brand was that they used to have an in-store warranty so if your screen broke you could get it replaced in store. They change that but told me there were two included in the box now and you could go online and do a simple return and they would send you a new one. Did not let me know that there was an eight dollar shipping and handling fee. Screen cracked within 24 hours. Very disappointing… I’ve use this brand for years with no problem and loved the warranty that they used to honor. Quality is not as good either… Chip which led to a spider in crack less than 24 hours later and my phone was not charged. Return it all and got a different brand.

When I tried to lay my iPhone in the tray to fit the protector, it did not fit. The quality of the tray was flimsy, and not very secure. Had I attempted to fit the protector with the flimsy tray, I’m sure it would have been crooked or otherwise not right. Returned the product to the store.

Even with the included set up “machine” which is supposed to lock the phone in place while setting didn’t work. I still had misalignments and had to reread the instructions a time or two. Definitely could be improved a bit. Ended up returning it

Horrible horrible. Cleaned screen and the glass is bubbling all over. Small specks all over, second one was just as bad!!! Not happy spending this kinda money on something that bubbles on an iPhone 12

poor made, cracked on the first drop. application of it was easy.

After 5 months it alredy scratched in one of my phones. Not very strong

Terrible quality and shows smudges and fingerprints vs the Zagg comepetitor. Also installing is difficult even with the manufacturer “easy kit” the adhesive holding the screen to the installation device pulls it off the phone once you install the protector

The next day after the purchase my new iPhone Max Pro which was in cased in a New Otter Box dropped from the holster and the screen now is cracked. Local Best Buy does not have the tools to replace it!

Broke trying to install it! So I used the second one that came with without using the install plastic holder device and it cracked just from careful use. Waste of money!

Frustrated to find out that these come in two packs now rather than being able to redeem a replacement for the life of the phone.

This screen protector didn’t work well with the Otterbox Defender case. Had to return it for a Zagg.

Not a good protector. Not dependable and doesn’t stick well at all.

Excellent product was easy to install on my phone. I would definitely buy again.
