I purchased this protector when I received my Note 9. It covers the screen but you will need to turn up the touch sensitivity on the phone for it to work properly. Rating 3 stars because it easily pops off my phone and there is only adhesive on the edges. The middle may not touch the screen completely causing a weird rainbow color on the screen. The cut outs are good and I have had no issues with my case. I bought it at Best Buy so it has a lifetime warranty and free install. Worth the payment to protect a $1K phone.

Adhesive around edge causes distortion in screen. You can see the adhesive. You are suppose to be able to put the phone in the packaging to apply the protector but the phone doesn't fit correctly. It does protect the screen.

The screen protector installed very easily, and provides excellent visual clarity in all light/glare conditions. The best feature is one I hope to never use, if the product breaks, the instructions say to take it back to the retailer for replacement instead of having to mail it back to the manufacturer! I had to do that with another protector, and it is a pain.

Bought to put on my new galaxy note 9. It went on smoothly, but no matter what way I positioned it the edge of the screen protector hung over the curved edge of the phone just a bit. This makes for a very weak point on the screen protector. With in 3 days I had a small crack on the edge that hung of, and it was from just basic use of putting my phone in my bag. It did its job though, and the actual screen of the phone is safe.

when it works it works. touch sensitive settings should be turned on to on for using a screen protector, if not touch input will be mediocre at best. they replace it when it gets damaged for free. 2nd time i got one put on it moved ever so slightly and noticed lent and such on the edges. tried cleaning it and it made it worse. guess i'll see if i can get it replaced even though it didn't crack.

If I ever drop my phone, I guess I will know if was worth it. Does smudge easily.

This screen protector looks and sounds good in the package. Lifetime warranty, protects screen, blah blah blah. But after following the instructions to place on the phone, it was crooked and covering a portion of the forward facing camera making a dark shadowed area in pictures. Had to peel off and reapply. Doesn't stick the same after peeling off. Easily comes off now. Allows dirt under edges. Doesnt fit screen well. Not satisfied.

Since I have broken phone screens in the past I decided to get the Armor Edge Protective Glass for my new Galaxy Note 9. It is curved to fit the screen and it did not interfere with my Otter Box case. But after a few months it started to peel away from the screen on one corner. I removed it, cleaned it and the phone screen then re-installed it. A few more months went by when I realized the screen protector was completely missing from my phone. I guess it came off one day and I didn't realize it. I tried to get the warranty honored in the Best Buy store where I bought it but they said they had to have the old one in order to honor the warranty. Since I no longer had the protector in my possession I emailed Armor Edge support directly and they said they will honor the warranty without me having to return the product. Now that's what I call outstanding customer service. Thanks Armor Edge. I'm impressed. I will continue to use your products.

I got one for my son and one for me (as replacement for original at $10 more then original) and my sons came of after I month and when he wanted to replace it the said he had to get it online instead of the store. He still did not get it replaced. I have a little crack in mine but it is too much hassle to replace. It is not as promised and should be for the price we paid.

My first one fell off 2 weeks after it was put on the phone. The install is easy with the included kit. It's replaced in store which is convenient.

Liked it for the price could've been better built quality wise. But overall the protection was adequate.

Screen protector is of great quality. application was a bit odd but I got it on. the screen does collect smudges but for the price and warranty I cant complain

Like the title says if you can keep this on it works great to protect the screen on mine and my wifes note 9 its has came off multiple times for some reason the glue is only on the left and right edges also the keyboard is even more buggier then stock with this i would blame that on Samsung's lack of adaptation

It has come off twice! I keep my eye on it. Not sure i would recommend!

The screen protector does not lie flat on the screen or is too thick and make typing /selecting very difficult. The one I had for the NOTE 8 came off on its own, and took off the one for the NOTE 9 out of sheer frustration. BTW, both were installed by the staff at Best Buy for an additional fee.

I didn't have any problem with mine, but my son's didn't stick to the phone even though we waited 24 hours to put the Otter Box on the phone.

So far it has been a great protector. No problems so far I have had it for about 2 weeks. I would recommend this. Price was better than zagg

I gave the 4th Star simply because I love the fact that Best Buy backs these Screen Protectors--meaning, if you crack/shatter this screen protector then BBY will replace this item for FREE in-store across the nation! Else, this screen protector gets at most 3 stars...it seems case friendly (at least for those which I've tried), but the glass has a very slippery feel to it. Somewhat of a fingerprint magnet--meaning, it's not as clean as other premium brands I've used before. But then again, if it cracks, BBY's got your back!

I originally had the vinyl protector for the Note 9; however, since I also had a case and holster it bunched and bubbled up everywhere the case touched it. I was shown the Armor Edge by the local staff and it was just what I needed! I don't think I'll have to worry about the screen shattering. Plus, it doesn't show fingerprints! Great product!

Average due to sticking power is not so good. But using Best Buy brand over others is that it is way easier to get a replacement due to breakage if it falls off. Which I was able to experience with first week, but, new one replaced is going on Monday th two.
