I put the case on two of my phones and not even two weeks went by and it fell off both phones. Terrible product, they shoulf improve it or not sell it.

I like the protection and clarity of the glass screen protector. This one doesn't have any bubbles and attaches easily. It can be readjusted if crooked. I wish the seal was stronger as it has a few dust particles from where I took it off and put it back on after finding a hair between the screens.

Got this for my teenage son's new Samsung Galaxy S9+. It was put to the test within the first week as we were back at Best Buy with what we thought was a cracked screen. Thankfully, Geek Squad told us that we just needed to replace the screen protector. It was an easy process to replace. We just had to go to customer service to get a new one and then Geek Squad installed it (at no cost since it was still covered). The only thing is that the screen protector fell off the next day. That's the reason for the 4 stars. We put it back on ourselves so hopefully it will stay on and we won't have any issues going forward.

These always came off on me and never lasted more then 3 months. Its nice you can replace them eveeytime, but annoying as well to have to come.back to store. I even let the associate put it on to see if I was just doing it wrong...still loosened up after a couple of months. It did protect while it lasted

Good option for screen protection, but I like the Liquipel better. This one can be tricky to install. Lifetime warranty is a plus though, and can be replaced at any Best Buy under warranty.

Protects the screen well. Like that there is no need to wait or pay for shipping to get a replacement. However if it's not put on correctly it will not stay attached to the phone.

This shield works good. My only two issues so far is that it does not adhere as good as I would like... it has been on for a week (makes a clicking sound around some of corner edges... hence not adhering as well as it should) and the finger print smudging is simply annoying and as such it would be advisable to keep a cleaning cloth around. Otherwise a good shield. For comparison I like Zagg too (had it prior to this one) but it too is not completely without its own issues either. For reference: I have it installed on a Samsung Galaxy s9 plus that I use daily. I would recommend to a friend but with these cautions as noted above.

Looks great, protects great, having some sensitivity issues even after increasing touch sensitivity setting for use with screen protectors though.

Have been using it for last 9+ months and found it very useful. Less price comparison to other branded screen protector

According to the Best Buy tech there is an issue with all curved glass screen protectors for this phone that they can get air under them. Occasionally, I have to lift up on the edge of the protector to release some air, but so far it has been easy enough that I am only knocking it one star for that. I do like the easy exchange/replacement policy for these protectors...all I need to do is go to Best Buy and they will exchange it right there. No need to mail in my old one while I wait for a new one to arrive.

Like the warranty that comes with it, fits great, only downside it shows fingerprints really bad.

This screen protector was recommended by Bets Buy for my new Samsung S9+. I had already read the reviews on the Zagg screen and knew I didn't want to try it (all my preference protectors were from Zagg). Others mentioned the screen popping off once they put on their Otterbox case, but mine is fine with the Otterbox Symmetry case which has a lower profile than the defender or commuter cases. I did turn up my touch sensitivity and the phone is working fine. I only noticed a slight difference but once the sensitivity was turned up, I didn't notice any lags or the need to press harder for the touch screen to work. Bonus is that the screen can replaced in the BB store- no need to mail back screen or pay for shipping.

Protects well. No major issues. Can pop off if not careful with case removal.

I've had a hard time finding a decent screen protector for my S9+ because of the curved edge. This screen protector definitely fit my phone well and was extremely easy to install. My only con is that it doesn't fit the best with my otter box case. The case has caused the screen to slightly lift in the corners where the protector meets the case.

I had tried the Zagg Shield when it first came out, and was not pleased. I went without a screen protector for a while because of this. I saw this new product come out and thought I would give it a try. Installation was easy by just following the instructions included. Overall, the protector looks good and is clear and feels nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the protector ever so slightly decreases the touch sensitivity and doesn't quite go all of the way to the edges of the screen. Despite these two cons, I would still highly recommend this screen protector.

This is a great way to protect your screen without taking away from the looks or functionality of your phone. Just make sure that you or the sales agents takes the time to put it on right. Makes sure you clean and let dry before applying. If done right it will serve you well. It may be a little pricey but worth the investment.

The instructions say to use the plastic holder but it ended up 1/4 inch off. I popped it off & redid it manually. I used a different tempered glass brand on my old prime core cell that was skin-like glass. This one is rigid, hope it means it's better protection. That raised curved top on the s9+ is a caution, not a fan.
