This is my favorite movie from the "Evil Dead" franchise. Bruce Campbell is hilarious as Ash, and the plot and supporting characters are awesome. It's exciting and filled with fantasy and epic battles, and Ash offers plenty of humor along the way. A great movie for lovers of the "Evil Dead" movie franchise and "Ash vs. Evil Dead." I highly recommend it.

This is a killer (no pun intended) release from the folks at Scream Factory. They really went all out to make the ultimate end all edition of the classic 'Army of Darkness". This 3 disc set is packed with extras and just about every version of the film that they could put together for the set. If you're an Evil Dead fan there is no reason not to have this in your set.

If you haven't seen this cult classic yet, you should. I don't think I would put this in the horror genre, it is too campy and awesome to fit in with real scare movies. I love this movie, and this version is fantastic with all of the special features from my old DVD special edition and more. Great to have a good Blu-ray version of this movie. Highly recommend

Yes, this film is goofy, crazy, silly, zany, and sophomoric, and I love it. Bruce Campbell is the man and Raimi's direction is as fun and dizzying as ever. This is the best version of the film available on blu-ray and features all four cuts of the film over three blu-ray discs. Note: At least two cuts of the film are missing a quick second long shot in the film. Shout Factory, the company that released the blu-ray, are having a disc replacement program. It is a fairly simple process and results in them mailing you corrected blu-rays. Just keep your receipt and go to their website for details. Other than this, the release is excellent.

As a longtime fan of Director, Sam Raimi, and Actor, Bruce Campbell, I LOVE this film. I saw this film in the theater as a teenager, after watching The Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2, too many times to count. This includes the Theatrical Cut, Director's Cut, and International Cut, plus copious special features. Great buy. 10/10 with it.

Just how many different times has AOD been released on home video anyway? WHO CARES? This movie is one of the best and funniest 100 minutes (+/-) you can spend in an evening. If you are one of the 3 people on Earth who hasn't seen and own this picture, now is your chance to finally get it (again). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a totally entertaining movie. Directed by Sam Rami (Spiderman) and staring Bruce Campbell, this is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. A mix of horror and comedy, you can't go wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And don't forgat to watch "Evil Dead" and "Evil Dead II" before "Army of Darkness".

The Blu-ray has 4 versions of the film, deleted scenes, commentaries, and a documentary that is actually longer than the movie itself, hosted by the groovy one himself. I had one of the rare Collector's Edition DVD's, but with all of these extras, I couldn't resist the upgrade. I was not disappointed.

This is more than likely the most complete definitive package we can hope to receive for this classic. 4 versions of the film providing varying levels of entertainment for any fan. Don't forget to send away for the corrected replacement discs from Shout Factory however. There are missing scenes on discs 1 and 2.

Evil Dead took a different approach with this film, and this is the definitive version out there. Disc has 3 different versions of the film. The transfer is not amazing but it is definitely an improvement above the past releases, but this was well worth the wait and I'm glad I didn't double dip on this.

Seeing this King back in action all over again is Groovy! Not only did I just receive 1, but 3 Edition's of the Film. Brings back good memories of the Original Trilogy and wish the TV series went longer. For only having 10,000 Collectiblesout there, it is a must have!

My son loved this movie and said he will watch it again today. For him to have just watched it a couple weeks ago and again today is saying a lot about the movie. I think this means it was a great purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

This is a great purchase for fans of Army of Darkness and of course the Evil Dead series in general. It's filled with tons of bonus content and you have so many versions of the movie to watch to spot all the differences and an interesting alternate ending.

Having skipped the prior release on Blu Ray for being a bare bones release, this comes packed with nearly all versions and extras produced to date. Great package. There is talk of a disc replacement program for theatrical cut disc due to a few seconds of missing footage. Still, excellent release

Army of darkness is a sequel to The Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2. But it's not really a horror movie. In fact I would say it's more of a comedy than not. Personally I wouldn't say it should be rated R because the violence is mostly against skeletons. Definitely funny and worth a watch.

This is a terrific re-release of "Army of Darkness." Not only are all three versions finally available, the special features are vastly superior to all previous offerings. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a horror-comedy film, and to any fan of "The Chin" and his great physical comedy.

Army of Darkness continues the story of Ash Williams begun in Evil Dead (1981). Our ‘hero’ finds himself in Medieval Europe, having to fight an army of the undead in order to return to his own time. This entry has a more comedic and less horrific tone than the last two, Evil Dead films. I remember being dissappointed by it when I first saw it in the VHS rental days because it didn’t feel like the last two movies. But as a collector, I had to have it.

Watch Evil Dead parts 1 and 2 before watching this classic horror masterpiece. Making a Blu-ray of this movies was the best idea that could they could come up with.

This is the third and final Evil dead movie in the original series. This comes with every version ever released around the world. The effects are amazong. And Btuce Campbell is the star of the show here. This is the definitive version to own.

Even though I'm a huge Sam Raimi fan, this movie averted all my expectations. In a good way of course! Wildly funny and original, I was expecting a by the numbers horror flick but what I got was a breakneck speed action comedy...with a dash of horror.
