Works well, bought a 2nd one

It heats water really fast, just a button press (of course you have to fill it but if there's still water in it you can just reheat). Our first one lasted, I"m guessing, about two years. But it was constantly used, at least once, usually twice a day.

I make tea all the time and this boils the water perfectly plus shuts off by itself. Quicker than waiting for a kettle to boil on the stove.
