Chair is decent. Very Comfortable chair. Bought this for my daughter. I give this 4 stars only because it does NOT recline. I honestly didn't realize that until I put it together.

First off this is a totally sufficient chair, but it is basic- and priced that way in comparison. There is no back adjustment and the height adjustment seems a bit too restricted but I love the look and feel. The instructions do not specify to remove the hydraulic cap during assembly and therefore restricts the movement to none at all. A lot of people are assuming their product is defective-which is totally reasonable, but it's not-it happened to me, which is why I know. Assembly instructions overall could be a lot better, there is not details enough pictures or instruction- took like 2x to assemble

Chair looks great and is very comfortable. After a couple weeks I had a screw fall out of the side and my chair will not stay up in the back. Had to make shift a part for it.

A really cool looking chair that is very comfortable. Whether I’m gaming or working from home for hours on end, I don’t have any aches or pains. The lumbar cushion included is a bonus.

My first gaming chair and loving it. Assembly was a little difficult, (esp the side arms) but I think with 2 people, it should be much easier. The chair is comfortable and basic but for me, it's perfect for Work from Home and then a couple hours of Xbox gaming each night. And for the price, I highly recommend for first time buyers like me.

About 6 years ago I purchased this same exact chair (with red accents) for my son. As an avid gamer, he spent MANY hours glued to his chair. It took a serious licking and kept on ticking, but the battle scars were getting a bit noticeable for my taste. I just surprised him with this brand new chair and he was thrilled. Funny enough, I put the old one outside on the curb for bulk pick up and within 10 minutes, a father and his son knocked on my door to see if they can take the old chair. My son was thrilled to know the fun would continue. Hope Arozzi continues to make this chair, because I don't think he will every sit on any other.

My son has really liked this gaming chair. It is comfortable and provides good support. It wasn't too difficult to put together, either. The only thing I don't like about this chair myself is the lumbar support fits weird. We actually took it off because it didn't really add much. But other than this, it's been great and held up well.

Comfort, style, ease of use- Al exceeded expectations. Husband is 6’3, 230 lbs and it supports his body and all movements without noise or discomfort

It’s the 1st gaming chair I’ve bought and experienced. Very easy to set up, feels comfortable —once you get used to it. Bare in mind, this seat is for straight upright posture, there’s not much to lean back, but you do have a cushion to adjust. I keep it at the bottom for my lower back. I find it more comfortable in that position. I wish it had the reclining features, but I didn’t want to spend $380-$560.

I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it! It’s comfortable and is easy to assemble. It does adjust height but doesn’t recline back and forth but you can rock in it and tilt a little. The extra cushion that straps to the back is not very necessary.

I so love this chair. It is the best thing that has happened to my back. This chair sits me up really high and just has the best support ever. I would recommend this chair to any and everyone. Please be advised that it is a little hard putting it together.

I bought this for my husband because he has back problems and needed a good chair. He likes it a lot and it comes with a pillow he use for lumbar support. It was a bit of a pain to put together, but over all good quality and sturdy and most of all comfortable!

Very comfortable chair. I had problems with my old chair causing my back to hurt after working from home for 8 hrs a day. This one never causes my back to hurt and is a must if you work from home or sit at the computer all day.

I am generally very happy with this chair. I had it shipped and when I opened the box the way they had packed the side arms it made a deep and permanent depression in the edge of the seat cushion. Doesn't really affect the use or comfort of the chair but it seems the mfg would want to do a better job of packing. Not worth returning as it is only a cosmetic defect. Best Buy shipping was super fast and I am overall very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this chair.

I'm really happy with the quality and comfort of this chair. It is a real good value considering similar options in the market. Caster roll easily and quietly. Seat is wide and comfortable. Only thing I would change is that it comes with 2 pillows!

Easy to put together! SUPER comfortable and helps my back! Was purchased for my son as a gaming chair, but he needs help often, and it's so much more comfortable to sit in than even my couch!

No issues with the comfort and quality, but definitely a two person assembly makes it much easier.

Arozzi chair is very comfortable and of good quality. I purchased it at a good price for black Friday.

It is comfortable and looks nice but it is a pain to put together. Your need at least 2 people to help.

I have had this chair for many years and use it for gaming and for studying, i can out my full body weight on it and it wont creak or budge. The cushions are very comfortable and the lumbar support is adjustable. This chair has served its purpose and is very well recommended.
