Awesome chair!

I’m told it’s very comfortable and rides like a caddy as you move around the room. Great chair and looks way more expensive than the actual cost!

Sinking one year in.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this chair looks great and the majority of the ratings are great, so I took a chance on it. However, not three months after owning it the cylinder stopped functioning, so the height adjustment was not functioning. Arozzi customer service was fairly good and did send a replacement for no charge after some back and forth via email. I am once again having issues with it holding a position. It will slowly inch back down to the lowest position. Lastly, the chair is uncomfortable. The seat appears to be well padded in the product pictures. However, the seat is very hard. I use this chair for work and for gaming, so I'm using it a good 12 hours a day or more at times. I'm really disappointed in the overall quality and regret the purchase.
