We've been using the modem for over a month and great service and reach so far. Haven't had any issues. Easy to set up.

It was a very easy setup. Because it eliminated two devices we actually have more space in our office. Our response time is much faster and we would highly recommend it.

I purchased this device as an upgrade to my previous ARRIS SURboard 6120, which only supported internet speeds up to 178mbps which was limiting my download/upload speeds by 50%. I have found it to be super convenient that i no longer need an external router and that this particular cable modem has the capabilities to support my 300 Mbps internet speeds. I can't believe i've gone this long without the ARRIS AC1600. Easy to set up and install, works great. Highly recommend.

This works very well, easy to set up. It’s sort of bright at night but I’m happy with it, its compatible to use with xfinity/Comcast so now I don’t have to pay to rent theirs. Good product for the $

I only bought this on recommendation from BestBuy sales exec, and it works like a charm. Netgear modem/router didnt support my high support internet but this one supports my 100Mbps plan. I like it and recommend it.

I had been a holdout for years, slugging along with my old DSL connection. I finally upgraded to cable internet, and couldn't be happier with this modem/wifi router. I am only a moderate user of broadband; streaming movies, some gaming, skype with distant family. Now I can do ALL of these with NO lag or buffering. I could've purchased a higher-end model with more speed, but this was perfect for my needs. Easy set up with included accessories. I was off and running within minutes.

The Best Buy floor assistant recommeneed this modem and router. It was less expensive than some of the other systems and it does the job well. I have no troube streaming Netflix and Hulu shows.

Small, and good looking combined router/modem. Was able to eliminate two separate boxes and connecting cable with this combined unit. Works and looks great. Not easy to set up but once done works great.

My old modeum finaly died so I went to best buy to buy a new one. I got helped out and I chose this one to try out, it ended up being a fast and reliable modem. Worth the money.

Device was easy to install. Needed special activation by TWC as it was replacing their rented unit. It will pay for itself in reduced cable fees.

Sales person recommended that this lower cost modem would be good for what I needed and after setting up, I have no complaints. Was somewhat easy to set up with all my devices.
