easy to set up and hit the ground running. was very easy to replace my old unit with this new one

The product is working fine so far. I just wish it was more sleek so it was easier to “hide” away.

The Arris was easy to set up and really extended the range in my house. The salesperson talked me into getting it and glad he did. We have 10 devices using the signal and there is no lag.

I updated my old modem and router to maximize my cable hookup. I hooked it up by myself in just a couple of minutes. One call to cox to register the new unit and I was ready to go again.

If like me you are not tech savvy you can call and get help, after initial setup works great with TWC.

It's an awesome combo piece that does exceptionally well for my purposes of internet use. Smaller then expected and since it's a modem as well as router I don't have to pay my provider equipment fees and it saves a ton of space. Not a big deal but when you have kids it helps haha.

Bought the modem/router to eliminate the monthly fee from cable company. Unit set up easy and works great. The dual band 5G setting doesn't seem to give the same signal strength as the 2.4 Ghz one, so I use the 2.4 connection for all devices - which provides a strong, stable connection.

it setup right out of the box. so far no issues. previous modem/router set was having drop out issues. no issues so far and good signal strength. running Xbox, TV, work computer, cell phones all off it. would give it a 5 star but it has only been a month.

I bought this router and modem combo to replace my cable company's modem. Dual band is great and has extended my range for other Wi-Fi in the house. Easy setup and works great.

So far this product is serving the purpose for which we bought it. Our internet is fast and we have had no problem in watching HD contents on our big screen tv.

Kind of expensive for a modem/router, but with the price match guarentee I saved $30. It works well and the wifi is superfast. The only negative is that sometimes the wifi connection stalls for about 10-30seconds and causes streaming videos. I can see that the wifi light go off for about 30seconds or so. It only happens a few times a day, so I guess it's not the end of the world but slightly annoying.

We purchased this to upgrade our previous Arris modem. The internet was faster but still not as fast as we needed it to be. This works well with our nighthawk.

I have Comcast & vs renting modem router from them; this will pay for itself in ten months. I have 2/2 condo & the range is fine for this 1200 sq Ft & porch.

Bought this to eliminate my monthly additional rental charge. It works great and I've had no issues plus I'm saving $ by owning it rather than renting it.

Modum works very good with multiple users. Easy to use and change user name and password.
