I had to return the router / cable modem, but NOT because of a quality issue. I needed a modem that had a phone jack, i.e. RJ45, for a VOIP phone. I subsequently found out that none of the router / cable modems have phone jacks. This was my mistake and did not reflect on the quality of the product.

I've been looking for some time to purchase one of these items and was happy to find it at Best Buy for the best deal using my BestBuy credit card

Worked right off the bat. I can't say much for speed as we are only using it for 25 MB/S service. Works well with Comcast though.

I am using in single family home. Connection gets interrupted a lot and my bedroom distance is not far from location of router. Problem is not noticeable when watching a video, where you can buffer in advance but browsing a web gives you headache. Once i tried to connect to VPN and experience was horrible.

Arris provides excellent support. Modem works great! If you need to open more ports for vpn or fiber optic settings it well suited for the job.

Superb video quality with amplifiedaudio output. Fast down streaming.Very competative price compared to other brand download streaming device.

Good but I had hoped a 1300sq foot house there would not be dead spots

After taking my Best Buy store associate's recommendation, I am very pleased with this modem. Great recommendation. Using it on Comcast xfinity

Does what it is supposed to. Wireless speeds seem to be more than adequate.

Radio signal a little weaker than expected. My model is actually 6700ac

Wanted a all in one router and whole house wifi gate and this fit the bill. Great cost and so far its run very well in the house.

Recommended by staff.. Just what we needed. There have no issues with it since we bought it. It looks fine sitting out...excellent night light.

Decided to get this product when I axed cable tv but still needed wi go.

This is the worst modem/router I have ever used. 5G signal goes no further than 15 feet and 2.4G signal goes not further than 5 feet. I called Arris multiple times and they kept recommending me to move the device, which I did. Finally got the Modem/Router from Spectrum which works amazing.

Easy to set up but the range is not what I expected for the money

I bought this router to replace the cable router provided by Comcast. It has improved my connectivity as well as made my Wifi signal stronger

Glad this unit was available at BestBuy as it was just what I needed at the right price and slim design fits perfectly on tv cart

Good basic modem/ wireless router. Bought for 1000+ sq ft apt, & works perfectly. Great way to save Comcast modem rental fees.

The unitized modem/router concept saves space and the unit is functioning well, but not much faster than my earlier Surfboard 6141/Linksys router combination. The utility to install is touchy & difficult to navigate. It took some Geek Squad 'magic' to reset passwords in order to achieve access to it.
