    I have 3 story townhome and this is on the middle floor. No problems receiving streaming TV on any floor with the 5ghz band.

    Without any visible reason it dropped the WiFi signal to almost zero, two - three times a day. Needed restart. I tried to fix it with different methods found on internet forums, nothing worked. I took it back after 4 days. I invested into a separate modem and WiFi router and they work perfectly.

    Had to return the first one due to something being faulty with it. Had also purchased a warranty because Best Buy does right by the customer. Exchanged the item for a new one and the installation was easy. Setup required a call to my ISP. Great speed increase and stable connection.

    Whether in 2.4Ghz or 5, my wireless devices continuously drop the connection anywhere in the house, and I'm at most 40 feet away. However, when I'm in my office the connection is fine. Big props to customer service/Tech support. Very helpful troubleshooting these issues!
