Not worth the money

The Arris is way more than I need. The customer support people speak horrible English and were vague in their responses causing a very poor eperience.

Doesn't work as well as expected.

But in reality, it's not really that fast or much better than before. I feel I waste my money on a product that isn't all that great.

Not great for my small home

It works great if you are in the same room, but otherwise you may or may not keep the signal.
