Should have bought another model

I have had nothing but internet connection problems. Finally got them fixed but hours and calls to cable company and ARRIS to do it!

Not a big deal

It didn't work any better, but cost twice as much. It doesn't stay connected to the Internet for anything. I'm not happy at all with it, but I can't take it back to Best Buy now

Things are faster but continue to get jammed up. Note also that this may be an error on our part but I'd go for the next one up if your running a lot of wifi.

It delivers on speed-far above what is needed-and takes up much less space than expected. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who just needs a reliable high speed modem and wireless router.
