It does it’s job well enough for most of your daily activities (surfing, downloading, YouTube) and for a decent enough price. Recommend spending a bit more if you are looking for the fastest speeds.

I'm familiar with Arris products and the consumer reviews for this model were very good. At less than $80, the price point was very good for a cable modem/router with wireless dual-band capability and has a very easy web-based interface for configuration. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I feel the antenna strength is not very powerful and I will likely have to add a wi-fi extender to compensate for low coverage in certain corners of my house.

All the information on this system pushed setting it up via a smart phone but you can still do it "old school" and use your computer. I almost didn't try this system because I don't have a smart phone.

It is a fine product for what you pay thanks to the helpers in Best buy I only had to pay like 8 bucks to upgrade to be able to get this. super easy to set it up and comcast eligible device as well.

Easy config and reliable I have been using this for over 18 months now. No issues. Pricey though.

His is a good Modem/WiFi router. Had a bit of an issue with it at the beginning, as it was interfering with other Routers around. Turn it to manual frequency, not automatic and the issue was solved.

This combination cable modem and router accomplishes everything I need with very little effort on my part. The only reason that I haven't given it a 5 star rating is because I updated the admin settings, promptly forgot them, and have been trying to figure out how to reset them (other modems had made that process pretty easy, but so far I have not had luck figuring it out on this brand and model). Despite my self-created issues, this device improved my internet experience immediately.

I use this with my Comcast/Xfinity Internet and get great speed and range even though router and computer are on opposite ends (and levels) of my house. And...no more rental fees from the cable company.

very easy setup and works great with 3 tv's, 2 cell phones and a laptop connected to it. It will pay for itself in less than a year to not have to pay the cable company to rent one.

I was having difficult with my wi-fi signal a message kept coming up...."weak signal" or "not connected" or continous interruptions watching a movie on nexflix. Arris Motorols/Modem&Wi-Fi SBG6700AC solved all of these problems.Maxium coverage and performance,3x faster 1600MBPS. I am giving this product "Excellent" rating.

bought this modem for cox internet in a home i just moved into since att was not available. it works well with rare drops in the wifi (once or twice) but beats renting a cox cable box for ten times the price.

I bought it from best buy according to the advice of one of the sales team but didn’t like it because it kept on dropping the internet connection

I bought this product to use in my apartment. As a modem, it works well, as a router it doesn't perform very consistently. Could be where I live, but coverage is spotty. Not as easy to set up as advertised.

It was easy to set up and works great with really good speed through out a two bedroom condo. Nice to not have to pay Comcast for a rental and have a modem and router in one unit.
