Has been working great until recently, which I believe is just my internet provider, I need to give them a call. I've been having to restart it too often these past couple of days.

Suites best my personal needs. Great speed and compatible with COX. I am now connecting 8 devices and all are working with great speed!! I would recommend this product.

Definite upgrade from Comcast's rented modem. Less buffering and improved processing speed. Was a nightmare to switch with Comcast.

Had trouble connecting to the 5.0 GHz to computer, so gave up. But was able to get that Working for blue ray player. Some issues with network but might consider buying a extender.

I'm very happy with it. My last one was old and had to reboot and still didn't work. Not having Consumer Reports, I didn't have time to review. One I purchased it and checked Consumer Reports, I was extremely happy that I picked an above average product.

I love how small it is! It was easy to set up, and has a pretty good range as well as allowing us to connect multiple streaming devices without slowing down.

Great speed, easy to set up, unfortunately it only has to internet hardwire ports on back.

Time Warner told me I would want to purchase a modem and router rather than rent one from them. They said it would cost about $40. They were quite wrong but the salesman in Best Buy assured me I would be very happy, then the installer said the same thing. So far so good.

This modem is a good compromise between function and price. The signal does occasionally drop for no reason with my Samsung tv but seems to work great with my other devices.

Overall I am satisfied with Speed and Performances, but it keeps dropping the Internet. When i called the Tech from ISP he checked and said that since there are too many networks in range you Modem can’t keep the connection up. SonI can’t use Wireless for Steady connection. I had to run cable for all devices.

My original dual modem and router from cox cable died after years of having it. I had to get a replacement and didn’t know anything about a modem and router. The Best Buy personal asked me a few question like square footage of house, how many people will be using it, etc and recommend the Arris. It was so easy to install. After installation you do have to call your service provider to actually make it work. It worked immediately and even works better than what I had before. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend buying it. Thank you, Manny

This is a nice compact router/modem combination. Does the job and easy to set up.

I love this. Haven't had any problems It was a replacement for my Suddenlink modem. Works so much better than what I had with Suddenlink.

If your looking at something that’ll offer the latest upgrade in terms of router options I believe this is your best bet with consideration of the price. I must mentioned that I did buy this product when it was on special of course. I would consider this model if you have multiple devices connected to your internet, in addition its a definite upgrade when compared to the router your internet service provides. STOP paying for that $10 fee rental some internet services charge, change to this model or something below this model.

This router was recommended to me by several people. The only issue is that I am not technically capable - to hook it up was easy but the issue is if anything ever went wrong with my internet, my internet provider might not be able to solve the problem because I wasn't renting it from them. I didn't want to risk that so I just rented a router from my internet provider at a higher cost.

Works great on Comcast/Xfinity and the signal is strong throughout the condo. Nice to have the Modem and Router in one unit. Nice deal under $100

I had the modem installed and working in about 1/2 hour, including time to review instructions. Easy set up and password. Works well with my devices.
