I needed a cable modem for Cox cable when I move to Las Vegas. I looked at the Cox site (not very helpful) and searched on-line for information. This modem was recommended for Cox subscribers and the young lady that helped me at the store agreed. It was installed with out any issues and has been working well for the last 5 months.

I live in a downtown loft, and this works perfectly for what I needed. I went in to buy a Netgear N300, but the employee walked me through the reasons this item was a better fit and quality. I'm glad I went with it!

I was tired of paying a monthly fee to rent my router and modem from my cable company so I decided to buy. The DOCSIS 3.0 on the Arris Sufboard meets the latest requirements for cable TV providers. And it increased my Internet speed! Easy to read front buttons make it easy to tell if one part of the unit isn't working. Very satisfied.

I had trouble with wi fi connection. I tried 2 different modems and 3 different routers. All were more than enough, strength wise, for my needs, and all brand name, quaity units. Bought this modem, router combo and it worked great. Don't have a clue what the problem was, but this was the only unit that would work.

I had this dual band router for a while and it is still working great. I bought it to save money rather than renting from my internet/cable provider (Xfinity).

As I expected, Best Buy had exactly what we needed. Price was as good as anywhere else. This is one of the best made!

Overall this Modem/Router over performs our internet provider. The dual band broadcast puts this a step above. Set up is quite easy.

I am a recent cord cutter, wish I had done this sooner! However, my internet speed got worse due to streaming from multiple devices. I no longer have that issue once I made this purchase. I found the providers equipment was preventing me from getting the MBPS I was paying for. thanks to.surboard I am good now! thank you!

Considering my old modem and router set up was over 6 years old anything is a step up. I plan on upgrading my Internet speed to 1gb so as soon as that happens I will have a better review. Other than the modem being glitchy for the first week or so, kept having to restart it, it now works properly now and I never have any down time

Internet speed was fast. The price was reasonable.

While a modem/router combo is convenient, I'm not as happy with the range/performance of the router as when they are separate. If you're on the fence, I suggest getting the modem separately then get a nice router with antenna or if your budget allows, get the Apple Airport Extreme.

This was the easiest piece of equipment to install. I had to call my internet provider twice, but after that everything was working. I had to go on YouTube to find out how to encrypt my product. That is my only complaint. My internet is faster, my tv picture is brighter, and streaming on multiply devices is not a problem.
