Got this as a recommendation from a friend. Best buy had a Time Warner person on staff and made it super easy to set up the new modem. Makes interned a lot faster and was easy to set up at home!! Plus saved me money on my cable bill since i no longer had to rent the modem from them!!

I did have to call my internet provider first. Overall very happy and I have noticed less buffering when streaming, I guess that means service is faster with this unit. Sometime later I had to call Arris customer service about a different matter and they were also very helpful.

No issues so far. Had about a month now, seems to connect easily with no interferences.

I am so happy with this 2-in-1 modem router. I was initially worried about the coverage in my apartment because it is a pretty long space and my bedroom is the furthest area away from the coaxial cable; however, it works much better than the modem/router time warner cable gave us!

I bought this to replace my separate router and modem. SO nice to have one device instead of two. It works perfectly and was a breeze to get up and running. The only problem for me was that I bought this on a weekend and my internet service provider wasn't available until Monday.

I replaced my old router with this Arris which was recommended buy the Best Buy agent. She informed me with good information that helped make my decision easy. This router really works great, very dependable and easy to hook up. The support from Arris was also top notch.

This modem is good I only been using it for while and it only drop the connection once and it better then my other modem that keep dropping the wifi other then that it is great.

Fairly easy to set up. It took me a little time mostly because I don't always read directions 100%. I have not had any issues and have seen improved coverage throughout the house.

I was looking for a modem/router combo for my apartment (about 950sq ft) and this one does everything I need it to do. The salesman was very helpful and honest about getting me what I needed and not paying for more than that. Fast internet speeds, no interruptions so far.

Although I did return this item for incompatability reasons; the set up was easy and the power would have been perfect had it worked with the speed I had.

I was very impressed with the performance of this modem, prior to this I was having problems with my emails, and also with some viruses, it might not make sense to what I am saying, but since I install this, it took care of the problems,and it is working just fine, very pleased.

Purchased this after years of renting from xfinity. Wish I did sooner. Noticed no change in performance. Did notice that it saved me money immediately in month one. In terms of reliability, good. It took less than 10mins to setup and be on WIFI.

I was looking for a modem to replace my rented one from Comcast. I researched on line found out that this one was rated highly in doing this job. It was very easy to connect to my service and is working great!

It works great, only thing that bothers me is the bottom to lights flash al the time.

Bought this to avoid rent fees from my internet provider it's dropped out a couple times which I suspect is the service not the unit. I would recommend this for the price point.

I found this wonderful combo modem router and dual band.Works well in a small apartment...or you will have to get an extender... Great customer service@ Arris..

It works fine for the price. connectivy seems to get lost sometimes with my laptop, but works excellent with my smart tv and iphone..overall is a nice modem for what you pay..

It's been over a month since purchase and this has been going strong. Will try to remember to update if anything changes, but have had long lives with other 'surfboards'.

I was hoping this gateway would improve my Tablo connections in my house. Probably need to tweak the connection and location. Otherwise its a great little device for the price.

Great experience at the store! I knew what I wanted and they gave it to me for the amazon price!!
