the hardest part was calling my ISP and getting them to put the modem in their system.

I bought this router to replace the Time Warner Cable router and it works perfectly.

this device is small and provides fast wifi and lan speed. but it also resets a few times a day. all in all a great product. get the warranty

Works on all the devices we have going at any given time. This allows me to connect more devices while it prioritizes what needs the most internet.

Had brought it new, 2 weeks later had to return it because it was defective, 5g channel was not working and connectivity would drop on 2.4 alot

Works well function as needed. No problems connecting to cable system.

This modem/router combo is amazing. The setup was easy and I haven't had any issues with it so far. Not much else to say, I'm not that "techy" and I found this easy to setup. Also works great in our two bedroom apartment with at least 5 devices on it!

The product runs well, it is not bulky and very easily installed. I am extremely happy with this modem and may one day upgrade under this brand.

I'm a disappointed in the performance because I have to unplug and restart it at least once a week because of wifi issues. When it is working it is great.

The price was very reasonable and it's small and compact. It is the same brand my cable company would have used if I was paying a monthly fee for its use.

Bought this so that we wouldn't pay for renting the equipment from our local cable provider. It works good. Does not knock us off like our old one did.

I am pleased with my Best Buy purchase for the Arris router. It was easy to install. I did have to call my cable company to make the transition.

I bought this to replace the Comcast modem provided with their service, for improved speed and removing the monthly rent. It’s been fantastic. I use it on bridge mode with my AirPort Extreme and I’ve had no drops or dead zones.

I've had this router for over two years now and it's still going strong. I've rarely had any issues with it. Would recommend to everyone!

This is a great, easy to use modem with built in wifi! Excellent speeds. Comcast, however, recently placed this model on a non-supported list and messed up the bootfile, causing this modem to top out around 30 Mbps. This was solely Comcast's fault.

was suggested by a best buy sales clerk to replace the one we had from cable company that we rented each month. This one much exceeds that and we are so glad we purchased it and save on the monthly fee of the other with much better results

Setup is fast and easy, performance is solid and the administration interface provides plenty of settings options. I replaced an older Netgear router with this one and the performance and reliability improvement was instantly noticeable.

Needed new router, and this one was recommended by the technicians at Best Buy. They definitely knew what they were talking about, as it is perfect. :-)
