I've had this gateway over a year and it drops out, reboots a lot with Comcast. 5ghz doesn't reach upstairs. When it works, its fast. Tech support on the phone is good from Arris. Email support is bad. Settings are confusing, i feel like i need a degree in IT networking. Ethernet cable connected to tv has to be unplugged and plugged back in.

Loaded up automatically, works much faster and better than the standard cable company box with its rental costs!

Works well most of the time. Range could be better. Usually need to power cycle the device at least once a week.

This seems to be a good router. It was easy to set up and works great. No problems at this time.

Works as advertised, easy to setup and connect both for coming in signals and wireless connectivity. Very very very good coverage and in the last month or so no complaints.

I purchased this nearly a year ago and I love it. The range is all the way out to my parking lot and I am glad I bought the best one they had in store. I highly recommend this product.

I read reviews, and have a Arris router I use myself, before I purchased this as a gift for my brother's B & B. He was very appreciative of the gift, so that he wouldn't have to continue paying monthly rent for his modem/router. Unfortunately, it couldn't accommodate his telephone line, which was part of his deal with Comcast/Infinity, so he had to return it to get the more powerful and versatile combo device. There were no problems doing that though, thankfully.

great in-store help in deciding on the best all-in-one product. Easy at-home installation. Seems to work great.

This was an upgrade for me and so far i am noticing the improved speed l am also liking the 2.4 or 5 ghz option

It was very easy to install and even easier to access online and set up the user name and passwords. I was very happy with the Comcast compatibility without issues. Reasonably priced.

This combo device works with my internet provider and reaches all the rooms In my house. Delivers the right speed for what I’m paying and Within 8 months it’ll have paid itself

Product is great small and powerful. I'm using it with Xfinity service. WiFi range is also good.

The Router/Modem was easy to set up and connect my computer, tablet and phone. I like the security feature.

All around solid product, this cable modem with built in router is low in price but high in satisfaction. With the money saved by not leasing it will pay for itself in just a few short months.

I bought this to avoid paying the $12 xfinity rental fee for their modem. It wasn't hard at all to install and since I had a small home it did the trick. I have since moved into a bigger home and had to upgrade since the wifi did not reach the entire home and this little guy couldn't keep up. I still have it in case a family member might need one, but I would highly recommend.

I returned NETGEAR CM400-100NAS. Definitely worth every dimes. Netgear only run 50mps max, when I have 70mps max from Xfinity. Currently I have 80mps for wifi speed and 86mps with cable in.

Works well as a modem with Xfinity and provides fast wireless internet. The range isn't as good as expected.

it works very well and very stable when even connect to multiple devices at the same time. signals consider reasonable with no extended antenna around the box.

Had some minor connection issues but all has seemed to resolve itself!
