Since buying this cable modem/router I haven't had any service drops. Haven't had to reset it daily. Streams faster than the one I rented from my cable provider too. Absolutely no regrets here

Great product for the price. Ice had it for a couple months now and have not had to reset it yet.

I have this hooked up to the tv and with the dual router different electronics are on different WiFi’s which allow everything to run at optimal speeds all the time!

Bought this for my son instead of renting from comcast. Works well and no issues with compatibility.

I just purchased this because it was recommended by the sales agent from Cox. It’s easy to set up so I didn’t need to pay to have an specialist come and instal it.

Fast when youre close to it but constantly disconnects

Don't waste your time or money on this item. Worked great for 10 days after that it wouldn't do anything no download upload nada. Lights on front went crazy. Took it back to Best Buy exchanged it for a net gear night hawk. The net gear works wonderfully I'm almost getting twice my download & upload speeds.if I could give it zero stars I would. That's why it's got only one star.

Works better than what cable company provides I tried the smaller version first and this is far superior

I am enjoying my new WiFi modem. The best part is now I am saving 10 dollars off my cable bill.

Our previous modem/router was destroyed in a storm. The Best Buy staff recommended this as a replacement. It was very easy to set-up and is quite a bit faster than our old one was.

Good modem/router, the speeds are great but the range doesn't seem up to par, especially for the price...

It is small and light weight. My HD is working so much better. My 4 yr old Motorola I previously had the HD wasn't as clear and my streaming kept interrupting programs to reload.

Replaced my xfinity modem with this and it works great and saves me the monthly fee to rent theirs.

Worked perfectly right out of the box with my upgraded internet service from COX. Have not had to reset it since setup. The lights on it are a bit bright at night.

I bought this because I got tired of throwing my money away renting one from xfinity. I feel so dumb I didnt do it before. Wasted money! Works excellent no complaints.

Works great, I was looking at other products then I talked to the sales group at Best Buy and they pointed out the benefits of this one and so I decided on this one. I'm Happy.

My laptop was so slow to download anything. Once I got the Arris Surfboard AC 1600 Dual Band Router with 8×4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem downloading was like lightening

So far, so good...I no longer wanted "rent" a router from Comcast & the associate at Best Buy recommended this Arris - hopefully it remains as easy & reliable as it has been.

This modem is working fine with out any issues. So i would recommend this to others

This is the first time I bought a modem, and I am not disappointed. It works quickly without problem. I use my Roku TV, laptop, i-Pad, and i-Phone using its Wifi.
