No issues , performance is almost same like Comcast modem , Quick response from customer care

For the price, its a decent dual modem router. Easy to setup and works with Xfinity

our previous modem quit so we headed to Best Buy. Had a charming sales associate help us and recommend this modem so that we wouldn't need to buy a modem and separate router. It was much more than I wanted to spend, but he said it works great! We took his word for it and much to my chagrin, bought it. It works, but we have had a few times where we need to turn it off and turn it back on (we've only had it about a month) to resume internet service. Wish it would have been a little less expensive, but I understand that we may have saved a little by buying this one unit that does the work of two items. Also, wish it was a little more consistent. Can't say that our internet speed is any faster than it was before. I would say that I wouldn't recommend this item to a friend UNLESS they didn't mind spending a little more money and didn't want or need to get both modem and router but just wanted an all-in-one.

I have not had any issues and have loved it! My signal has always been strong enough for my apartment. I can't say enough about the guy who helped me pick it out!

It was easy to set up. Plug and play. just plug it into the wall. connect the internet cable, contact the cable company and you are off to the races.

Cable provider recommended this brand as most compatible with their system. Works fine

Does its job better than the comcast rental. If i did it again, i might opt for the version with a few more channels to ensure I'm getting all the speed I pay for though

This router/modem was on sale and was listed as a compatible option for Cox's 150mb plan. I've been using this for a month with no problems. Installation was seamless

Tired of paying cable modem rental fees. This unit is small and does the job perfectly. Cable need special requirements, which this modem/router met and exceeded all.

The router was easy to set up out of box. Just called the cable provider gave requested information to activate. Connected WiFi devices all is good
