Easy setup with no headache. Great range and output of digital signal strength. Will buy again!!!

This modem and router all in one device is truly the king of all wireless gateways! With the newest AC wireless technology you can multitask, surf the web, and play games with ease. With my old modem/router things would always slow down when other family members connected, but with this router it feels like I am the only one connected. If you have internet, then this should be your go-to device. I highly recommend this!

This unit is easy to set up and is small enough that it is unobtrusive. However my experience is that I needed a signal booster in order to use it in the yard or in remote areas of the house. Part of that falls on Comcast for a highly inconsistent signal strength. Once the signal booster was synced with the unit it all worked well. I did use the tech support from Arris while I was having these issues and I must say that they have the best tech support team I have ever experienced. They are friendly, polite, extremely patient and very helpful. I would highly recommend this or any other product from them on that basis alone.

My first purchase of an Arris brand. Bought this because it's compatible with COX network. Like that it's compact, easy to setup and for dual purpose (modem and router).

It is small but great in performance. And switch to two different band easly.

This Motorola modem is awesome fast and easy setup! Really good speed! Love the dual band! Great product all around! Only one complaint, led front is extremely bright! depends where you put it, could possibly double as a night light!!!

This modem/router is pretty hard to beat at the price point. AC WiFi is very fast, and cable connection makes full use off my 75mbit Xfinity connection (SpeedTest showed closer to 90mbit). I find it faster than the stock Comcast modem, probably because I’m not inviting the entire world to use my connection through some guest network that makes Comcast even more money. Speaking of which, by not paying for a $10/mo. modem rental fee, the unit will pat for itself in less than a year. Since I get basic cable through my HOA, my Comcast bill is down to $40/mo!!! Don’t have telephone service, but come on, this is 2018. Yes, only has 2 ethernet, but AC is nearly as reliable in my small condo, and if you really needed more ports, a cheap switch would also pay for itself in a few months of not paying that rental fee. All in all, an excellent value for money.

The router/gateway supplied by our internet provider worked well for quite a while but recently began dropping internet every few days. This required a 10 minute restart and then reconnecting all 7 of our household devices, not fun! We purchased the Arris modem/gateway based on reviews, hoping it would not be incompatible with our servicee provider or our devices. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to program, activate (done in less than 10 minutes), and connect with our home network. We have been using it for several months now and the only problem we have encountered is occasional loss of network connection by our HP Envy printer which is easily fixed by restarting the printer (time to update printer software). We are very pleased with the performance of this Arris modem/gateway and it's ease of use.

Had a dilemma whether to go for a separate router and modem or to go for an integrated product. M glad that i chose motorola sbg6700ac. Its an integrated product which gave me no trouble while setting up my home wifi. Works smoothly and the best part is that it creates 2 wifi connections automatically, one which can be given to your friends who come over without compromising your primary wifi connection speed

Very fast, although I have had to reset it once. Only get about 100Mbps out of the possible 200Mbps that I pay for - would probably get all 200Mbps with a 16 downstream channel. Good for basic spectrum. Easy setup. Very small (a good thing)

This equipment has the wireless speed it advertised, super fast! And it combines the modem and router. The energy consuming is trivial, like 50W. But the wired connection is much much slower, only 1/4 of the wireless capacity. I have also tried the ARRIS SURFboard SBG6782-AC, which is supposed to be better. Again, good wireless but bad wired speed. However, it needs 200W power to function. In my opinion, the ARRIS series with modem and router in one are good wireless gateway but if you're using wired connection a lot, they're not a good choice. Try another brand.

It was easy to setup I purchased for wifi in my home so I would save money & I didn't have to pay time warner a monthly fee without getting anything for it. I'd recommend everyone do this and buy a router this one is a fair price and works great

I have had it two years so far..no drop in internet..works fine

My wife and I purchased this for my father-in-law. He was experiencing extremely slowed speeds with his internet. Two Best Buy associates recommended this modem/router combo because it not only would provide increased speeds, it would not need to be replaced as soon as many of the other combos currently on the market. My wife set it up for her father and did so with relative ease and he instantly noticed an improvement in his internet speed. He's had it for about a month and has not had any issues. I was not crazy about the price (about $150), but it's better than having to buy a new one again in a couple years. It's not the best or fastest on the market, but for balance of price and performance, it's a decent deal. My wife and I will probably opt for one too, as we have to buy a new modem, like, yesterday.

Easy hook up and great speed. It is always reliable and fast.
