I really like my modem /router it looks good great signal range easy to use very compact. Was easy to install and set up security code. I have used Arris products in the past and they are very user friendly and work with most networks systems.

Enjoy rapid downstream and upstream data with this ARRIS SURFboard SBG6700AC wireless gateway, which features up to 1600 Mbps throughput and front-panel LED lights for simple troubleshooting. The Wi-Fi pairing button makes it easy to connect.

The modem works as advertised. My only concern is that it seems to run quite warm and I wonder if that will have an effect on the life expectancy.

Purchased after dealing with too many wires and cords. Quick delivery and super small router that’s puts our excellent WiFi range. Purchased on sale and would definitely buy again. 4 devices in use including smart tv and blue ray player

I had an older dual modem that was giving me connection problems while having xfinity internet. I was having very slow speeds and often intermittent connection issues. So I caved and bought a new modem hoping for a better connection. I hooked this modem up with my xfinity internet. I have 50Mbs per xfinity. Many years ago I would download at about 3-3.5Mbs per second. Thought that was good and I was no longer getting that speed with old modem. This new modem is smaller and very fast. I can now download at almost 8Mbs with xfinity with this new modem.

This unit is fast and provides good access coverage across a decent size house. We still have trouble with intermittent access in our basement and will need an extender, but that is because the gateway has to be placed on one side of our house and opposite the side where it is being accessed in the basement. If it wasn't for that, I doubt we would have any issues at all. Setup was simple.

This router/modem combo was recommended by the Best Buy employee who helped us and we are very happy with it. It was less expensive than other comparable brands and we've had no issues with out internet thus far. Highly recommended.

I have one for my home and have had it for a few years. I have had no problems at all with this router modem. I checked reviews and all favorable. When my son needed one for college I was able to order it on line and check availability at closest store to him. He was able to pick it up himself since I live some distance from his school. Best buy made it fast and easy to get device, it was finals week and his room mates router had died. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. My son says it worked great fast & reliable.

My husband love how small the unit is and how it was easy to set up and program for either Wireless TVs and computers in the home. We recommend this cable modem for our friends and our family members and one hour of our family members went out and purchased the modem to stop the $10 fee that they were being charge from their cable provider so yes we love the product.

Good value for the price. Best feature is that it's a router and cable modem in one! Plus I asked for a price match and saved even more.

Speed is good small and easy to use only downside is it's a prices unit

Buying a cable modem/gateway is a great way to avoid ISP gateway rental charges while ensuring that your cable modem and router "handshake" correctly. This Arris device provides a lot of function for a reasonable price.

I bought this for my daughter. She has Xfinity and lives in a condo. So many of her neighbors have Xfinity internet that she was experiencing interference and her internet was slow. After I purchased this modem and connected her to the 5G band it was incredible what a difference it made in her internet speed. If your device can receive 5G signals you will be amazed. So far, the performance of this modem has been rock solid. We've had it 2 months and it hasn't disconnected once.

This was easy to set up and it works great. It's unobtrusive as well. Thanks, Best Buy for your awesome price match policy! It gave me a chance to check it out and then it was the equivalent of instantaneous delivery.

Arris - SURFboard AC1600 Dual-Band is great, has added speed and more range compared to others that I've tried, very well price too

I bought the modem on 04/21/16, so I've only been with it for a day. Setup was easy, just removed my old one, plugged in this one, and went through setup and activation through web browser. Speeds seem consistent so far. One thing though: I don't know if it's normal, but the modem rattles from the inside. I doesn't seem to affect performance though. Who knows.

Comcast modem/router compatible, small and better than the huge box that Comcast provides and charges $10 monthly. I am saving on my internet bill. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has Comcast internet.

Worked as well as expected, better performance than my high end Netgear router that I had separate from the modem. Strong recommendation.

This modem is great especially if you have cox and you want Fios 100/100 speed. Won't get you to 100/100 with cox, but if you upgrade your Internet package to the highest speed, you will see a great deal of increased speeds.

This is a good device to use for the home as a replacement for the Time Warner Cable Internet.
