My internet connection is so fast now, love it!!!!

ARRIS seem to be one of the best company who makes this type of routers so I was looking specifically for their products. This particular model works perfectly so I can get wifi signals in our house (in living room, dining room and even in the basement). It satisfies our needs and I am very happy with it

Coverage is good. Sometimes have connection issues with apps on my IPhone in certain areas of the house. Not sure if it's the modem/router or the cable company.

Awesome product perfect for gaming, laptops, iPads, and cell phones. I have all my devices including my 3 smart TVs and 3 gaming systems connected and never have connection problems nor does anything slow down.

The only reason I would not give this profuct 5 stars is because the last on only lasted 1 1/2 years. Arris did honor the product warranty and send me a new one. Great customer support and service.

Didn't want to continue paying for a modem and came to Best Buy and told them what I needed. The Arris was recommended to replace what I was renting from the cable company. Had the Geek Squad come and set it up and having wireless items in the house, the Arris is great and I am glad that I bought my own.

I don't know about any of the other internet providers. However I have been happy with cox service and actually bought this modem because my other one died. But also because I have over 350gb download and this makes my connection stream perfectly. I must say this is the perfect modem for anyone that's a gamer.

Good product for an average user. Internet connection has been good throughout the house without any problems. I have an average size home, but if you have a big home you should buy something better.

This was very easy to install and set up. I have no major complaints except that for the price I wish it came with more ports including one for phone.

I purchased this to replace rented one from cable company. Works great, easy installation. Only thing I'm disappointed in is that I thought wifi would reach our garage, but doesn't.

It was a little more expensive than I thought but will pic up all of my wireless devices with no problem. 4 stars since I kept losing internet connectivity due to a faulty/overheating power cable.

The cable modem works well with computers. Peripherals like printers, especially older ones, can't be seen on the network. Wireless compatibility from WPA to WPA2 isn't supported as well as expected.

Overall this worked out well. It cut my cable cost not having 2 pay a leasing fee every month 2 the cable company also it seems as though my wifi speed and connection is better. So Kudos!!

A Dualband Wi-fi router and modem all rolled into one. If you use a cable connection for your internet this is one of the best products you can buy for the average use case. The absolute best thing about it, it pays for itself through the lack of modem fees from my cable/internet provider.

This Modem / Router works well. Gives pretty good wifi coverage. However, every once in awhile my 2.4 ghz channel will disappear, and I will have to reset the router to find the channel again.

Nice product, able to transmit signal without interruptions. Bought it on the advise of Best Buy Sales Rep, who suggested this to be better than the ones available on the rack.! Working fine with Comcast Cable internet.

I was getting tired of paying a monthly rental fee to my internet company so I purchased this to replace the one I got from them. So far it has worked far better than that one, and my internet bill dropped. I have two different wifi networks set up and none of my many devices are running slow anymore.

The person that helped was very knowledgeable. He helped me find a better product than what I had purchased prior and the cost was much lower than the one I returned. It is so much more helpful to have a employee who knows what their talking about and helped me get exactly what I needed.

It gets the job done. We live in a small Home (2 stories, but less than 1000 sq ft). The router is on first floor. It reaches 2nd floor, but struggles a bit with the 3rd floor.

Worked right out of the box without any issues. Thought it would have better antennas and thus improve performance and range throughout my house but it performs exactly like my old oneZ
