Simply awesome with 2 and 5g! Extremely fast and reliable!

I have comcast and have always used their provided modem/wifi router but I always had lag and would lose wifi constantly. After replacing it with this unit, so far it has been up and running 100% with 4 devices on wifi plus me playing call of duty and it works great and faster!

This is fully Comcast compatible and easy to install. The wifi speeds immediately increased dramatically and we save $10/mo off our Comcast bill. The only downside is that the device will not port over landline phone service. That's not a big deal anymore given dependence on cell phones. Anyways, we are now future proof ready for the coming AC world.

It was real easy to unwrap the product and set it up to run in less than 15mins. I bought it because it is compatible to my subscriber for the Internet.. I have recommended this product to ten of my friends already and 7 of those friends purchased the same name brand as my self and are happy with it.

This router/modem was simple to install, gave me several options for networking with my printer and has two levels of WIFI, so that it works well with newer and older electronics. I haven't had any issues since I purchased it and I am loving it! No more issues when the power goes off. It just reboots and works.

We had been using a local ISP router that we had to rent... came to Best Buy for something better. Walked away with awesome! The service was incredible and the product blew our tops off. Would highly reccomend if you are a gamer or netflix family binge watcher!

Works geat! Works with comcast . We have the performance speed so I don't believe I've used it quite to its max potential. I suggest you only buy this if you have really high speed Internet because it only made a slight improvement to our internet.

So far the Arris - SURFboard High-Speed Broadband Cable Modem and Wi-Fi Router - White has been reliable and my computers connect quickly. I do have one HP printer that seem to have issues with it and the printer has to be turned on and off about every other day.

We love this router and modem. We run Roku TV's and with this new rig the TV's, along with our other computers and tablets run much faster now! Saving money on the cable bill too, so it should pay for itself in the long run. Also love that there is just one unit and frees up space.

Replaced an old SBG6580 in order to take advantage of the faster download and WiFi speeds. This was important as I do a lot of work from home with needed access to remote systems. The other advantage is that is has two USB ports for connecting storage devices. However, disappointed that it's only 2.0 and not 3.0. The management interface is MUCH improved. Runs 2.4 and 5GHz wireless but doesn't seem to run as well as the older model. Might try moving it to a different spot. The one big issue is that this modem seems to "hang" (i.e. waiting for a webpage to download on a phone connected to the device) a lot more than the old modem - so, not sure what is going on here. Using it with a COX network.

Decent router for the price. Coverage is good and setup was fairly easy. I do lose connection from time to time, but that could be devise issues.

After using this product for a month now, I have to say it offers excellent whole house coverage. We haven't found the need to purchase an additional product to boost our wifi signal and we're saving money on internet bill, as there is no longer any need to rent the cable company's equipment.

Very smooth to set up with Comcast on the web. Less than five minutes and I was online. No drops just a fast well operating combo that will save instead of renting one.
