I had been using a modem/router rented to me by my Internet company and couldn't stand it. It was slow, always dropped signals and caused many headaches. I got tired of giving away money and decided to upgrade to this new Arris and it has been great. It was easy to set up, has great range and speed.

Works good and the WiFi rarely drops device's, it does work better for 5g devices that I don't own personally.

My older version of the same brand went bad earlier than I expected but I was still pleased with its performance, this new model definitly performs as well or better, came with a two year warranty this time, I do a lot of gaming and I run a dedicated server too, easy to set up open ports with this router, overall a great performer.

Although this is physically a large unit, it preforms great. Easy to setup. Performance speed is really good. Better than the "stock" router-modem you get from your cable provider. Was easy to setup. You will need to give your cable provider a call to tell them the mac number to begin to use it. I am really please I upgraded to this unit.

Very easy to set up. Much better than renting from Comcast. I love it no connection issues. Great buy. Would recommend

I was looking for a faster surfboard/router for my house for all the devices we have. This one was easy to set up and now I have been able to watch VUDU with n my TV with out it having to buff or load all the time. Watched our first movie on VUDU in HD without have to switch to SD. Was great. Laptop doesn't loose it's connection at all.

Easy to setup and works perfectly. Just had to call my cable provider to have the box activated. Was up and running in 10 minutes

The Arris was a great choice for my network needs, easy set-up & administration, great speed and device thru-put - we have 12 devices including smart phones, tablets, computer, backup system, security, smart TV's and streaming devices. No detected slowing with multiple devices and applications, I'm using Xfinity X1 75...

Love the product does plenty for a customer needing fast dependable speed

My router needed to be replaced. My previous router was an Arris so it was a no brainer to buy another Arris.

Has bright LED lights with the crisp white color makes it stylish. These items works great for me I habe hooked several electronics to the wifi and haven't had any issues from laptops to tablets , desktops , cellphones and game consoles. Ita easy to set up its wi-fi great speed depending on your internet services . Doesn't looses wi-fi connection around my house like basment , attic etc.....

This was a easy setup. I get good connections. The only little issue that I have is that sometimes the connection throtals. Not sure if it's the combo or my internet provider. But besides that I would have to say it's pretty f-in awesome. Would highly recommend it!!!

We were replacing our 4 yr old modem with this modem/router believing it would be much better. Unfortunately, it was worse. Connection was spotty at best. And this thing is huge. I figured it should be able to provide wifi coverage for the under 2000 sq ft home. Nope. I lost it in the opposite side of the house. Apparently, it doesn't go through walls. And every night, we'd lose wifi. I'd have to reconnect it on my phone if needed. AND sign in more than once daily at the computer which was right next to the modem. I replaced it with a TP-Link modem only. It's working fine.

This is a very good modem, definitely wanted fast and reliable. As far as fast it's really great, a few times it has slowed down, but compare to my old one this is a wonder! Also considering that we are streaming and using laptops all at the same time. Recommend!

Upgraded my internet to 300mbs, old modem wouldn't support the channels, this one is great. Would recommend to friends.
