This router is powerful. I have a big house and it gets to all of the parts of my house. It is super fast. Downloading music and movies to my devices take no time at all. It will take over a year to make my money back on it instead of paying the monthly fees for comcast, but it is worth every penny.

I am pleased with this purchase. At any given time my home has 8 - 10 devices connected to the wifi. I have 2 dedicated units streaming HD television and we don't experience any issues. I am pleased with the range this device offers and we have not experienced any dead zones in the house or garage.

Bought this modem/router because we were tired of renting one from Comcast. This one works better than the Comcast one and the range is great. We have multiple devices on the internet at one time, both wired and via Wi-Fii and we never have connection issues or slow speeds. Great product.

Where can one begin with such an aggravating purchase. Originally I had a separate cable modem and wireless router. Worked great for 2+ years until lightening shorted out the modem. I thought it would be great to just buy one device to do both. Packaging nicely done, but the modem is much bigger than I thought it would be. Setup was easy. You can choose a wizard mode for basic setup or choose the traditional method to configure and tweak it. It does have unique features that sounds great, but something isn't right. I have to hard restart the modem by using a paper clip in the back for 3 seconds at least twice a day. I've had TWC to reflash the firmware to their latest. I constantly loose AirPrint capability even though the laser printer shows connection. I get frequent dns errors when loading a webpage. Constantly seems to drop connections. I've poured over all kinds of forums. Either I have a defective modem or they need a newer firmware to address the stability of the device. I can't return the modem since its been after 30 days and now I am thinking of just buying another separate modem and go back to my original router. Buyer beware.

This is a wonderful product. Easy and quick installation. I've had this product a little over a month now and not once have a had a connection issue which was the reason I purchased it in the first place. I have quite a few things connected to my WiFi and everything runs smoothly. Very pleased.

It does the job for me.. Hope it works for a long time to come, so far so good.

This combo modem/router was easy to install and works perfectly. I takes up less space on my desk, also.

This is a very nice combo unit. I was hesitant because I've always had the modem and router separate but this unit has sold me on the combo. It's a little big and I would have preferred a black unit vs the white color that it comes in but as far a performance you can't beat it.

I purchased this modem because my internet provided modem was not putting out an adequate signal throughout my home. I bought this modem and I am now getting the 100 MBPS signal that I am paying for. I live in a 2 story 2300 sq ft home and have no problems anywhere in the house.

This is a good Modem with a dual band router although the range is not that great. Once I go upstairs, the signal weakens so much that my computer immediately connects to the xfinity public wifi. I had to use my netgear router to boost up the range. But other than that, it works well. Speed is variable and probably will rely on what internet carrier and speed you have. I needs to be reset twice a week by just unplugging it for 10 seconds or more then plugging it back again or else it becomes the "turtle net". A bit pricey at first but if you don't want to pay the ridiculous $10.00 rate Comcast charges to rent their modem which has the same specs and they do not have a rent to own option unlike Verizon Fios, and you are not getting the comcast landline, this is the best option. At least, at the end of the day, you know it's yours.

No more buffering while streaming High Definition Video; No gaming lag or dead spots, it meets all the highest quality and performance standards I was looking for at an affordable price. It also was the highest rated product in its class across 3 independent rating sites.

This Arris is very similiar to what was in place already. A snap to set up; almost plug and play except for call required to ISP-that was also a cinch. No added calls required to Arris. Internet is fast, with no notable degradation.

Extremely happy with this product. Works great and so much better than your standard modem/router.

I upgraded to this modem/router due to TWC upgrading their Internet speeds. It activated quickly and easily. My plan is 200/20 and my first speed test results were 238/24. I get great coverage throughout my 2 story home.

I have always used separate components for internet and wifi, the reviews were great for this all-in-one wifi router & modem so I decided to give it a try. Man am I happy I did, it works great and has great range using the new firestick! Highly recommend this product.

This product has been excellent plug it up hook it up and it started working immediately. The devices when you put in the password they have immediately connected and had great signal strength and absolutely no problems. This is been the easiest wireless router and modem I've used

Pretty much plug and play, but easily customized if you want to perform an advanced setup. A high speed modem and dual band router, for not much more than the cost of a good router alone. Pays for itself, in the savings in modem rental from your internet service provider.

Simple to set up and get going. When running 2 Xbox's a couple phones and downloading a game I could barely tell a difference with the speed. In other words the speed stayed the same unlike other modems

We are so hay with our new modem. This is a great product and we needed an upgrade.
